Housemate #5 TULLY!

Yes I do. Very much so. The gaslighting isn't learned behaviour. That's her pathology. Lack of remorse puts her on the spectrum too.

Remember she said to the press she might text her gf sometime during the day when she got a chance. Text her gf? of two years after cheating on television? NOoooooooo remorse.

What is interesting about her gaslighting is how deftly she won over alot of the BB audience.

That's what I found fascinating. Vilified when she was doing it but once she was out, her absolutely faultless interviews turned everyone around.

Gaslighting on a grand scale is propaganda and she is a master propagandist.

She's going to do great in life. It's just that there'll be alot casualties.

Actually, I think she said that she wanted to talk to her GF. I suspect it was her GF that was time challenged, not Tully.

Lack of remorse.

Does not accept blame themselves, but blames others, even for acts they obviously committed.

As I said continuum. She doesn't satisfy the DSMV for ASPD in my view. Unless someone comes forward and says s/he was raped by Tully. Sociopaths enjoy sexual torture. Sociopaths commit crime.

Having said that malignant narcissists commit crime too, for narcissitic gain like money/power over peers etc.

The whole of your 'diagnosis' relies on your assertion that Tully needs to be remorseful for something. So what is it that she needs to be remorseful for? Certainly she was not unfaithful to her girlfriend.

She admitted herself that she was unfaithful. I don't see what point you're trying to make keke with that last post.

I started off by saying that despite what Tully may say she has not been unfaithful.

In any case, as far as I know, she has said that what she has done could be seen as being unfaithful. This is not an admission.

On the other hand she might not.
I already said that... I said that what looks like personality disorder traits could be entirely due to the editing.

You say this a lot but you never seem to explain yourself when people ask for a clarification. What is your definition of 'unfaithful' in this context? Serious question.

I thought some of you might be interested to know that while Tully has been in Melbourne it seems she has caught up with some of Drew's friends (as well as his sister at least once for breakfast). Remember how Drew was going to give Tully his best mate Sam's number - well at least one of the friends is definitely associated with Sam (though I can't tell if she has met up with Sam or not).

Found a heap of old Drew photos as well.

Apparently she loves Melbourne.

Stay tuned for this crackalackin story. It just keeps getting more and more interesting.

Oh thank you. that is what I needed before going to bed :) Nice news

She was not unfaithful because, at every opportunity, she stated that she was in a relationship with here girlfriend.

This would be fine if she was in an open relationship, but as far we know, she wasn't, and that's why Tahlia broke up with her. I like Tully and most of my posts have been me defending her, but there's no doubt that she was unfaithful, so I'm trying to understand what you mean but you're not making it easy.

I don't know what you mean when you use the term "open relationship".

If, by the converse of "open relationship", you mean the sort of creepy, dysfunctional paradigm that mimics the semantics of property contracts then nobody should have one of those. They are inherently unstable and unhealthy.

Open relationships are relationships where it's cool if one or both people go and do sexual/romantic things with people outside the relationship. That's how I understand it anyway. Not sure how it's creepy and dysfunctional if everyone is consenting, but that's kind of off topic.

Well what you call an "open relationship" I call a relationship.

I meant that the converse to an "open relationship" is creepy, unstable, unhealthy and dysfunctional.

So you sleep with other people while you're in a "relationship"?

Ok, I understand what you're saying now, but with all due respect, you don't get to choose what's acceptable in other people's relationships, and it's pretty clear that Tahlia thought what Tully was doing was unacceptable.

Actually I don't think I've mentioned Tully's girlfriend in any way other than incidentally. And I don't really want to bring her into it at all. In fact I don't really want to talk about Tully in this context other than the effect that the apparent controversy had on a section of the BB viewing population.

I usually do not watch BB - only if there are any interesting characters do I bother. This year those interesting characters are Tim and Tully.

When I first noticed Tully she was depressed and weepy - a complete wreck. Then she got with Drew and started to pull herself together. Great I thought. It did not occur to me that her behavior was controversial. Then a became aware of a backlash against "cheating" (whatever that might mean in this context) and "unfaithfulness", etc. And I was hearing views of sexual ethics that I had not heard expressed in the West in 50 years. So, when was it that Australia reverted to a previous ethic?

At that time I took a look at some of the comments posted at various sites - including here. Reading them I was transported to the KSA, expecting a statement from the Ulema and a stoning soon. These comments were very creepy - made by creepy people who have a creepy view of relationships.

It is in the paradigm of these people that Tully has been unfaithful. Otherwise, in any progressive paradigm, Tully has been faithful.

So what is cheating? Or do you think cheating doesn't exist? Do you not believe in monogamy?

So you sleep with other people while you're in a "relationship"?

If the real question you are asking is have I been faithful to my partner the answer is yes. However, if the question is the one you have asked the answer is no, I will not sleep with you. Life is too short to waste time with idiots.
