THE country's most famous jilted lesbian, Tahlia Farrant, has ruled out a reconciliation with her Big Brother "bad girl" lover Tully Smyth.
While the former couple have been "talking" since Ms Smyth was evicted from the reality show house, Ms Farrant described their encounter as "civil".
Speaking at Newtown's Courthouse Hotel, where the 22-year-old events manager and student moonlights as a bar tender, Ms Farrant said it was unlikely she would take back her girlfriend after her highly publicised in-house liaison with male housemate Drew.
"No, I don't think so," she said. "We were together two years. She's a massive part of my life and she always will be - but I don't think so."
The "other woman" in the love triangle that has captured national attention, Ms Farrant also revealed she had knocked back several lucrative magazine offers to tell her side of the story.
"I'm just not that sort of person," she said. "I just prefer to be private."
Ms Smyth, meanwhile, was placed "off limits" by Channel 9 this week, although it is understood she is spending some "personal time" in Queensland.
A self-proclaimed lesbian when she signed up for the show, Ms Smyth instantly bonded with Drew, with the pair eventually declaring their love for each other and sharing a bed on several occasions.
Their open displays of affection sparked a backlash from viewers, including celebrity lesbian Ruby Rose, who tweeted her disapproval.
"How could anyone ever do that to someone they care about. Or not care about," she tweeted. "I have no words. I'm very disappointed. Sorry."
Ms Farrant posted a cryptic message the same day suggesting she had "dumped" Ms Smyth. She wrote: "Thanks for the concern guys, but I am (a) big girl. I will be just fine. Life goes on"
"Think before you speak" she added, "No one deserves such hate. She didn't kill anyone. Live and let live".
But Ms Smyth condemned her own behaviour after leaving the house on Monday night in a high-rating episode.
Appearing on 2DayFM the next morning, Ms Smyth admitted her behaviour with Drew did qualify as cheating.
She said: "Yes I consider that cheating in my book. I'm not gonna brush that off."
"It is what it is"

Yes, and jump up and down and say "OMG!, OMG! I met Tully" "She talked to me, OMG!" "She's sooooo nice"
Actually she did apologise in an interview (I think it was the Scoopla one with Benjamin Norris) but I don't think she owes the public an apology at all. The only person she cheated on was Tahlia.
I didn't say that she owes the public any apology but she should have done it because of her ex. Imagine everyone's look at her when she is in public & that's why she needs proper acts to ease the judgements from society. My point of view is we all make mistakes in life, but how we react & learn from the mistakes that makes sense.
