Housemate #5 TULLY!

This one may not necessarily belong here, but it sort of does. If you zoom in on Drew's you can see he says that Tully being evicted was the worst moment in the house for him.

THE country's most famous jilted lesbian, Tahlia Farrant, has ruled out a reconciliation with her Big Brother "bad girl" lover Tully Smyth.

While the former couple have been "talking" since Ms Smyth was evicted from the reality show house, Ms Farrant described their encounter as "civil".

Speaking at Newtown's Courthouse Hotel, where the 22-year-old events manager and student moonlights as a bar tender, Ms Farrant said it was unlikely she would take back her girlfriend after her highly publicised in-house liaison with male housemate Drew.

"No, I don't think so," she said. "We were together two years. She's a massive part of my life and she always will be - but I don't think so."

The "other woman" in the love triangle that has captured national attention, Ms Farrant also revealed she had knocked back several lucrative magazine offers to tell her side of the story.

"I'm just not that sort of person," she said. "I just prefer to be private."

Ms Smyth, meanwhile, was placed "off limits" by Channel 9 this week, although it is understood she is spending some "personal time" in Queensland.

A self-proclaimed lesbian when she signed up for the show, Ms Smyth instantly bonded with Drew, with the pair eventually declaring their love for each other and sharing a bed on several occasions.

Their open displays of affection sparked a backlash from viewers, including celebrity lesbian Ruby Rose, who tweeted her disapproval.

"How could anyone ever do that to someone they care about. Or not care about," she tweeted. "I have no words. I'm very disappointed. Sorry."

Ms Farrant posted a cryptic message the same day suggesting she had "dumped" Ms Smyth. She wrote: "Thanks for the concern guys, but I am (a) big girl. I will be just fine. Life goes on"

"Think before you speak" she added, "No one deserves such hate. She didn't kill anyone. Live and let live".

But Ms Smyth condemned her own behaviour after leaving the house on Monday night in a high-rating episode.

Appearing on 2DayFM the next morning, Ms Smyth admitted her behaviour with Drew did qualify as cheating.

She said: "Yes I consider that cheating in my book. I'm not gonna brush that off."

"It is what it is"

I don't see why people are having such a hard time reconciling the Tully now with the house Tully. Tully is now centre stage in public getting the attention she so clearly wants & needs. She is getting support from her friends & others around her. She's putting her best foot forward just like any of us would in the public eye. She is obviously not in any situation where she needs to resort to the emotional manipulations & tantrums she exhibited in the house - this is a public persona - you don't know what she is like in private. The BB house more closely represents the "private Tully" & likely brought out her normal coping mechanisms possibly exacerbated by the stress & environment. I don't doubt that in her close personal relationships Tully uses those same tactics to some level - you just don't get to see that now.

If I was Tully I would apology her ex-girlfriend in public because her cheating was made in public. Then I would stay away from the public for a while until the hate fades. For sure she doesn't need forgiveness form the public but acting like this may make the public easier to "forgive" her public cheating. Keeps doing public activities like nothing happened makes the public hate her more. Her skin is too thick.

Actually she did apologise in an interview (I think it was the Scoopla one with Benjamin Norris) but I don't think she owes the public an apology at all. The only person she cheated on was Tahlia.

I didn't say that she owes the public any apology but she should have done it because of her ex. Imagine everyone's look at her when she is in public & that's why she needs proper acts to ease the judgements from society. My point of view is we all make mistakes in life, but how we react & learn from the mistakes that makes sense.

The more she talks about it, the more it'll be discussed. It's better that she sorts that out privately if she doesn't want everyone talking about it.
