Eviction #6 Betting Odds + Fake Eviction Odds

I fear Matt is being overlooked and he will go over Ed. The one downside of Vote to Save.

For the love of sassy Big Brother, forget the Ben vs Mikkayla war. Ben is a foregone conclusion for the fake eviction. Vote for Matt, please!

Sadly I know WAY too much about how this works. Generally books take down odds either when something's happened to make them place a halt on betting ie a lot of money has come in for one player/team and they smell something fishy or they've received news to require them to rejig their odds. Because these bets are exotics and the books only let you put a small amount of money on them, I'm assuming it's not the former. I suspect one book pulled down their odds and the others followed as it's very much follow the leader with these tiny markets.

This. Ed going would be the best possible thing for the show. It would completely disrupt the dynamics but at the same time get rid of the most under-developed character in the history of Big Brother. Hell, Katie has more personality than Ed.

Also if Matt goes there's going to be nobody left that will stand up to Tully.
 
I bet the odds have been taken down since Ed has gained a lot of support from his brother on twitter, facebook ect and Matt is now the new favourite
 
Matt is sweet! missed him being swoped for Jade Ed putting Tim up over Jade was low & so stupid!

I'm not convinced that Ben is a for gone conclusion and the betting odds might not take into consideration people giving secondary votes to Mikkayla.

I would prefer to keep Matt over Ed, but think their evictions could be interchangeable and not that far apart.
 
In the end it would not have mattered - Drew winning showdown he would have saved either Jade or Tim and put up Matt. He said earlier he did not like Matt.
 
Your conspiracy theories are wrong - The betting always closes on Monday morning to stop those in the know having a guaranteed result - simple as that

Makes sense...but why would they then leave the fake eviction odds open...

They don't usually take it down this early. What usually happens is that they usually receive a large bet from someone in the know so they suspend the odds because there's a massive change. I say there's been a lot of votes come in for Ed and someone in the know has put a sizeable bet on Matt or the sisters to go. They've taken down the odds early because if there's a change in favourite on eviction day 9/10 times that person goes on to be evicted.

I agree - Matt or the sisters will be forgotten about. People either want Ed to stay or want Ed to go. Personally I think Matt and Ed are almost as bad as each other. Matt just has some more redeeming qualities, but he's still the same when he's around the "cool group".

Tahan
Matt
Sisters
Ben
Mikkayla (most saved)

What I think will happen:

Matt (least saved)

Ed

I think just by reading all this, the bookies might actually not know the odds, the fake eviction will be causing a lot more votes for a reason other than just to save a HM

personally, I don't care between Matt and Ed, they proves the other night that they're trying to play the game, in the dumbest way possible, so wouldn't mind one of em going, it'll really mess with the one who stays. and for the love of all things fuckable, I DO NOT WANT BEN TO BE FAKE EVICTED it will practically guarantee him the win.

I feel Matt and Ed are interchangeable. But in order of leaving it should have been Ed, Matt THEN Caleb. But that's just me.

Ben being faked evicted will inflate Tim's ego into thinking he controls the game, understands the public, and they've evicted his biggest rival. Then when Ben is returned to the house (probably more popular than he already is due to the secret task), Tim will freak and it will blow his mind. It would probably be Tim's undoing.

Mikkayla being fake evicted would be good too, although I think only Matt, Tahan & Tully would really be upset and then they'd be over it.
