Episode Day 40 (Fri 6 Sept 2013) - Daily Show (30 minutes)

Ok so let me get this straight, in that interview with Fox or whoever it was, Alex M said he would prefer for them to do nothing and just let the housemates do their thing however these days, the Daily Shows go for 1 hour- 1.5 hours not 30 mins like the old days and they do not have enough quality footage to fill that time so they need to set up little tasks and what not but on a Friday when the show is only 30 mins, instead of using that quality housemate interaction footage and not setting up any tasks, they spend the whole episode on gimmicky things with only a couple of housemate interactions which both featured Tim and Ben only.

Never. Billionaire or not you couldn't pay me enough. It's too bad his exes never chirp because I'd love to know why they split.

Alex are you listening to this?! This episode was so shithouse you've been outdone by the Packers ffs. The first night in ages I get the chance to watch alone as the kiddo's at the inlaws house for the weekend and this is what happens. So disappointing.

Guys, I have to respectfully disagree - I found the whole episode quite enlightening and nice and quick. The most interesting thing I learnt was that Tim had trained to be a priest. I also love Tim and Drew's relationship with each other and also Tim and Ben's relationship with each other. I can so see Tim and Ben in the final two.

I do love Tim & Drew's relationship. Tim & Ben's relationship is surprising, but good.

SOOO This ^^

House to myself, and NOT working. Finally get the chance to watch and enjoy with the forum and I get this shitty episode.
 
I found this week to be very bland and boring to be honest. I did not enjoy the singing task at all. Next week needs to be a big one to re-spark my interest.
 
What I learnt from today's show

1) ed was very gentle with that pie

2) Tim's finger likes Lucy's ear

I said in the live feed thread today that I really think this year's HMs are the most sanitised ever and that's why Alex has to contrive things for the LNFs. Considering this is all Alex could find to put in the last episode before the weekend, I'm also starting to think they must be bloody boring.
 
Remember that one time, somebody said Friday episodes are the best? LOL.
