Jade 2013 Appreciation thread

The interaction between Ben & Jade was sweet. Felt for them both. Somehow Jade is growing on me. Just feel she's too scared to show some aspects of her personality.

Yeah, I think in many aspects they've become a bit closer since she put him up in the nominations swap.
 
Jade and Ben are adorable. I also like that she talks to him instead of down to him. I love being on team Jade again. I never wanted to be off team Jade to begin with. It was hard to let her go. Glad to be beck. She gets better and better. Hopefully she keeps going the way she is.
 
Jade is pulling at my heartstrings. It's weird, but I feel really protective over her. I want her to forget Ed and Drew and take solace in being a kind hearted human being. Then, if a sexy intruder comes in who isn't a spineless dullard like Ed or an even more spineless loverat like Drew, she can maybe find a friend or more in him. But what's most important is that she finds security and confidence in her complete self, not just her appearance.

Why does it have to be a sexy intruder? And why does Jade need to be with anyone? Now she has layed off Ed a bit and the creepy stuff, i am finding her more likeable. Let her just be jade..she doesnt need a hook up..she doesnt need to look desperate.
I'd like to see them put in a straight guy that looks like Ben a bit and then see if she hits it off with him.
I'd like her to put the whole good body/ good looks thing aside and go for a bloke who she likes for him and not for his looks and then she will get the same in return.

Jade is growing on mr day by day. You can see her personality coming out now she has stopped chasing Ed. I am a little sad to see her friendship with Drew end but she is far too good for him, he seems to lack morals. I'm not sure how I feel about a sexy intruder coming into the house for Jade could spice it up a little but then it might make her look desperate :/
 
Jade is a little lost but that's why I'm captivated by her. We have the entertainer in Tim, the take charge mikkayla, the quirky been so we need a character who is still finding their way, she is the only one left who is relatable in terms of self discovery. She is the sweetheart with a good spirit who people want to see come out on top. Go jade!

Agree.... Ironically if she only knew while she is at her most down on the inside... she is at her most liked on the outside. She is gorgeous, sweet, thoughtful, vulnerable, loyal and real. Just hope the Ed nonsense in at an end... or at least dramatically tapers off. She is now finding herself more, while Drew continues to dig his own grave deeper and deeper by the day. Loving her little moments with Ben... wouldn't it be something to see them continue their bond. Think its a foregone conclusion Heidi is gone next even though I would Tully gone. In a funny sense though, the longer Tully stays and continues her fawning of Drew, the worse the pair of them look, and Jade's popularity will rise even further.
 
I agree. I lost respect for drew not just for the fact he shows a lack of morals, but he is a weak character to me. How easy did he succumb to all that tully does. Tim had it wrong. Drew is the true sheep in that house.

Jade doesn't even realise how strong she truly is. She doesn't need to scream out loud what kind of person she is. It shows she is a loyal friend and a caring one at that. Ben does not hold any hate towards her for putting him up, which says a lot. I hope jade and Ben continue with their talks as I think it also makes Ben feel included and wanted. Tim, jade, Ben and mikkayla are good people and hope they not only get to the end but that they receive a great public response and find what it is they want in life. Actually Matt is a good person too. I like that he knows the difference right and wrong.
 
^ I think you can tell a lot about a person by the type of people that like them, and the type that don't. In the house the people that love her include Katie & Lucy, Mikkayla, Ben, and Tim. I really truly believe they are all good people. Tim is mischievous and would be annoying as anything, but at the end of the day I think he has a heart of gold and truly does care about the people he likes. I genuinely think Ed does like her too, although the thought of anything happening in the house is making him uncomfortable and gutless. At the end of the day though I do he think he's a good one that Ed, just a but spineless and boring.

Contrast that to the people that seem to hate her in Heidi and Tully. These two women are mean and selfish and obviously have hate in their hearts. If these kind of people dislike you, chances are you're doing something right. I think Matt's issues with Jade (if they still exist) just stem from the fact that she's a bit of a flirt and he's made it obvious that he's the type of guy that likes being in control of women. I can see why that type of guy would have an issue with Jade.
 
I wonder what Ed's twin is like? Is he unattached and has a personality?
Would be awesome if he is lovely and he pops into the house ready to fall in love with Jade. Is his team in the finals, or is he free?
 
I just want to point out, the other night I was watching the late night show and ed has not seen jade topless. He was asked and he said no. Only Ben has seen the girls topless. When Ben was asked who had the best breasts, he said by far jade. Eds face lit up with a woah, clearly he has not seen them but would like to no doubt. So again, Heidi with her version of the truth. Just like when she said jade jumped on ed, but Heidi was no where in sight but said she was. Liar!
 
maybe that's why jade is in there, to teach her about herself without a man around. They say everything happens for a reason, maybe it's her life lesson.
 
Perhaps... Good people who are open to discovering new things will become great people. Jade is capable of that.

I'm all for Jade learning she 'don't need a man!' *cue Pussycat Dolls song* I hope she eventually finds someone to treasure her as she deserves to be treasured..but not in this godforsaken house :)

I hope she does too, but now with someone like Ed.

He said something to the effect that she is not good enough for his friends. She doesn't need someone like him. I am not a fan of Jade but I can see she is worth much more than I shallow man like Ed

It's awful to see a lovely intelligent woman pining over some guy she believes is "too good" for her, when by his very actions he has proven the reverse is probably true. He's a fool.

Did he say she's not good enough for his friends? Or that he'd have to see if she got along with his friends? I thought it was the latter which is fair enough it's tough dating someone who doesn't get along with your friends. Not that I want them to date he is boring it just doesn't seem like something he would say her not being good enough, he's too nice.
