Housemate #5 TULLY!

Tully has done nothing wrong. Its all in the editing and camera work. And possibly some CGI and audio dubbing by voice impersonators. We're being played ;-)

I think maybe it happened last night, thinking it might be Tully's last night and wanted to say what they were feeling? or did it happen the night of the hawaiian party on friday?
I wonder if it was a one off, or they will be more brazen now that Tully didnt leave?
I think Jade hopped into Heidi's bed that night..... Jade spoke to the fish, and then the girls in the kitchen about not chasing Ed anymore .did that happen yesterday or the day before?
I wonder how long the kiss was under the doona, as the other housemates haven't said anything about it have they?

I'm with you BBfan, anyway that's just how they feel so good luck to them. They're in the big brother house ffs so it's a pretty unique situation and while the perfectly socially acceptable thing to do would be wait until after getting out to do anything it just is what it is - young love drama. Things happen and people move on. I hope things work out for both of them and they have fun for a while at least, both nice people.

Is there a difference in meaning?

Yep for me (and I think rachael92 might agree) 'in love' to means soul mates (as cheesy as that term is) know everything about each other etc. 'Love each other' is like platonic really good friends.

I hope it works out well for everyone involved, including Tahlia. I'm not defending what Tully did but I still wish her well. I don't think she's a bad person.

Ok then I think Tully and Drew are somewhere in between loving each other and being in love.

ETA: actually I think they just love each other. I changed my mind.

I understand the difference because I've felt/am feeling the difference.

It's possible they're somewhere in between. I may have overreacted slighty it's just one of my pet peeves when 'in love' gets thrown about willy nilly because I personally don't use the term lightly.

Any back to our regularly scheduled flippant and light-hearted discourse!

Nah it's fine, I'm just not the kind of person who falls in (actual) love with people.

I've mentioned it before, but I think Drew may (so very very wrongly) think he's gonna get some form of kudos for "turning" the gay girl. If that is the case, it's a shockingly bad judgement call. **golf claps**

Can someone please tell what is remotely attractive about Tully, because I can't ID even one thing.

Yeah you're right, all she did was humiliate her partner on national television over and over again, no biggie at all :)

Same, I have no idea what her appeal is!

I don't think that's what Drew thinks. Tully has said lots of times that she's had boyfriends before and she's not 100% gay.

Do you mean physically attractive? I think she's attractive but I don't know how I could explain why when it's such a subjective thing.

Tully's got quite a nice body and nice face (pretty lips, good shape, nice eyes etc), and her hair is nice too if she would get rid of that two-toned thing.

If it were the outside world I think she'd be quite a likeable person because seriously all her issues in that house seem to stem from the house.

She has the model-skinny (some might say body of a 10 year old boy), hipster look going for her. Some find that attractive. It's her personality that makes her truly ugly, though.

Oh yeah, like just the other night we had some friends over for dinner and one of my male buddies was sitting next to me and put his hand on my thigh and was rubbing my thigh and stuff and you know .... it was all just like just sooooooo totally cool dude cause I mean like you know like my husband like had jusy like no issues with it all ... cause you know like ...me and that other dude we are just like totally groovy friends and like it's all just sooooo totally normal and above board!

All that said GalPal your blinded support impresses me. It takes even the best of the best in deluded land to maintain it

Not as deluded as you are lol. I'm not really into the teeny bopper like speak lol. But if u think it makes u sound cool....go for it lol

Seriously though, so what if i wasn't willing to condemn someone on footage that showed nothing. A massage is nothing, they all have their hands on each others legs, around shoulders, stroking backs....big deal. Yes when I saw the footage tonight I was sooooooooo disappointed cause i genuinely thought it was friendship and support. I don't feel one bit foolish for giving them the benefit of the doubt. Go ahead give it your best shot.....no skin off my back lol

I think Tully is very pretty. She has unusual looks which makes her even more appealing visually. She had a cool individualistic sense of style. She is very articulate and can seem bright. I would imagine you could have an interesting conversation with her. She is a warm emotional affectionate person. It would be easy to like her. I think she would be quite popular outside the house.

On the negative side Tully is immature and self-centred. She seems to have difficulty seeing other people's point of view. In this respect it is as if she is blind. Her emotions are out of control and totally impair her ability to think rationally. The cabin fever induced by BB house has magnified this considerably. She is insecure and I think one of the reasons she has fallen for Drew (apart from his own attractiveness) is she seeks a protector and a comforter.

I suspect in her own mind she doesn't think she had done anything wrong. But I am sure if the situation were the other way around and it were her gf in the House, instead of her, falling for someone she would be livid.

I think she knows she's done something wrong. I think she's felt she's done something wrong for a long time. She spoke about feeling guilty weeks ago. When she got the boos last week she instantly assumed it happened because she was affectionate with Drew - cue the waterworks in the diary room about how she "just wants her girlfriend". Tully has felt guilty about her relationship with Drew for a while, but that still hasn't stopped her from allowing it to escalate.
