Oh my, I didn't even consider that possibility. I pictured a scenario of the Meatheads, Tim and Drew sitting around talking footy (all the girls have already been evicted) - and we're just waiting for the Meatheads to be dumped one by one and waiting who'll come out on top - Drew or Tim.

To me such a scenario is horrifying enough but to have a Meathead actually winning feels like agonising, slow death. :mad:
 
if the girls keep fighting like they do, we may have a male winner. PLEASE JUST NOT BEN or maybe Tim

It's not a charity award for good deeds or a school award for good behaviour. I would far prefer a rude honest loudmouth win than a silent lying meathead muscle dude, who only wins by zipping his mouth.

It's a sad fact of life that we live in a society that perceives strategic, competitive males as smart and cluey, and their female counterparts as cold and bitchy. The audience is way more receptive and forgiving of the male HMs quirks, flaws and machinations than they are the female HMs. We've also seen some of the female HMs falling into tired old stereotypes, such as the sisters infantile over-grown baby routine, in an attempt to be endearingly non-threatening, and Jade using her sexual attractiveness to manipulate the male HMs. And what do you know, the public seems to love the fluffy, giggling antics of the sisters so much more than Jade's femme fatale act.

Agree with most. However I think there are a lot of intelligent females who would be good strategic players that wouldn't be disliked for bitchyness etc. The problem is that females of that persuasion probably would never volunteer to be on something like BB.
 
That's because they keep on casting blokey bloke, boring dudes. The casting people seem to have a fetish for 'nice' dudes. Their rule today is: add nice men but mostly bitchy women -- This isn't fair, no wonder the men won in the past.

Remember in the previous seasons - most of the men were loud, rude, bitchy and even hateful (with each other and the women).

I'm thankful that last year Benjamin won - not exactly a nice guy, though likable and funny, but bitchy. Just so we let BB know that we want misfits and funnymen to win rather than boring blokey-blokes. Even in the BB08 someone else (a woman) won over a boring bloke. In 07, another woman wins over Travis and Joel (blokey blokes).

This year maybe Tim, Ben and Drew might win. So maybe BB will be like "look, they don't seem to want boring blokey-blokes to win, so I want cast them anymore".

I find Matt quietly bitchy in his own way. Saying to Mikkayla, when she said sorry for putting him into the house (as the tied last place nominee), nastily, 'No, you're not.' Bitchy. Bitchy, bitchy, bitchy.

He and Caleb have had a few bitchy little conversations, also. Ed's nominations had a bitchy edge. They're just not getting into scrums saying mean things about each other's hair styles (probably should).

You know, me too! He just has a meanness about him that is hard to point out.
 
So agree with all of the above comments regarding Matt.
A hard, mean, calculating glint behind those little current eyes -definitely potential for nastiness there but he's holding himself back so he doesn't look bad.
Just sly little digs at present..

Can't say I've noticed that myself, but I will keep an eye out for it on tonight's show. But that is such a naughty comment I just made myself almost have an asthma attack laughing! Weird dog noises are still coming out...

I've just been told off for my 'mean' 'joke' about Tully's posture and gait over on one of the humour verboten Tully threads, so it was good to come here and read some politically incorrect subversive humour.
 
Still think Tahans a mild chance of winning. even though she can be mean; she's not one-dimensional. Think she probably appeals to the kids.
 
When did everyone lose their sense of humour? If we were posting pics of Britney or Biebs and making fun of them it would be a ok. Why is it not ok to bag out BB contestants?
