Oh, I remember the sisters Mum was English (really strong accent) in the video, and being in WA, there are a lot of poms, so it makes sense that she might have a slight accent if both her parents have strong accents.

They are pommies originally. The elder one (don't know who is who) hasn't lost her accent, and the younger one has a few pom-isms in her speech (eg saying 'uz' instead of 'us') in her speech too.
