I've only seen F2F nominations once on BBUK and they had to preselect their nominations, then announced them. So couldn't nominate whoever nominated them, or whoever was trending.

I worry that the F2F factor might save Wolfy, housemates know she'll lose the plot being nominated F2F and some may spare themselves the grief... imagine her scowling and bitching about you all week, but having no guarantee she'll leave.

But I agree, I think Dexter, Wolfy, Gina or Cal might be up.

True but I wouldn't be so sure how the public see her... They've been giving mixed signals having voted negatively towards her in the task and then chanting for her in Sallies eviction... TBH I'd rather have her scowling at me for a few weeks knowing that she is going to dig her own grave than risk having her float through in to later rounds...

I'd be more concerned with how the public view Dexter at this point and throwing away my nominations on him now that he's survived two weeks in a row... Or Gina for that matter...
 
They did face to face last year and they all wimped out pretty much IMO. They need to preselect the nominations privately first or we'll have a repeat. It was like it got to them and they thought "oh well she/he already has a couple of points" and just regurgitated the nominations that previous people had already said. No way will they spread the votes around evenly with honest intentions/reasons. In saying, votes aren't always spread evenly anyway. I fear Dexter and Gina will be this season's scapegoats....hmm have to nom....I dunno who....oh yes old faithful <gina> or <dexter>

They need to put them all up in a vote to save at some stage. Get rid of the potplants. I like Sophie but honestly apart from her cute accent she brings nothing
 
They've done it pretty much every year since BB8 or BB9. Usually pre-selected, but never as entertaining as you would think they'd be.
 
Have they ever done normal nominations in the diary room, but then when they're called to hear the results they actually show the nominations? Seems like it would be a twist on face-to-face and wouldn't allow for people going after the easy targets.

Of course, then they might be careful what they say in all future nominations out of fear it could happen again.
 
Face-to-Face nominations were painful to watch... I have no idea why BB insists on doing them year on year... However this result and the fact that three or more people face the public vote makes the process better... In this case the people who actually went against the majority actually made the most impact... I couldn't be happier, however predictable the eviction will be...

The results:

Dexter, Gina, Dan, and Wolfy will face the public vote... I don't know the totals for the other two, but Dan and Wolfy each got 2 nominations...

Due to talk of nominations Dexter was unable to nominate
 
I predict Wolfy will be evicted by a large majority and possibly Gina will once again be saved by the public...
 
Please let it be Wolfy. I can't handle her much longer.

Why do the twins have so much support? I don't really find them funny and are starting to bug me. I just don't feel they're being real.

I would be very surprised if Wolfy is not evicted and I can not wait to see the look on the all of the housemates face when Gina and Dexter survive another eviction for the 3rd week running!
 
Is Dexter being saved because of the (original) Estelle factor? Because the viewers like annoying the HMs?

I assumed it was because Sallie and Jemima were beyond irritating to watch, but the tweets suggest he has a real fan base.

Not at all... I think Dexter has shown himself to be worthy of being in the house... He only survived the first week because he was up against two people with way more drama and the viewers had more of a reason to hate him... In fact it wasn't until after he was saved that people warmed to him...

Dexter is playing the game... That is why he has a fan base... Gina is also playing the game the best way she can which is also why she has so many fans... I don't think you can even compare Estelle to the two of them... If anything Deena was comparable...

BTW has anyone heard anything about the tennis ball? I assume it's not BB but a fan just trying to stir things up...

Quite strange how the ball landed face up words up the correct way exactly in view of a camera lens huh?

I am absolutely furious. Talk about producers rigging the show. A nominations twist has been revealed. Apparently this twist was not heard of at all until after the nominations which means the producers decided to do it after they saw who was up. This is clearly showing bias towards Wolfy from the producers. The lines for the eviction will not open until after Wednesday when the Housemates have voted on who they want to be saved from eviction. It is quite clear that Wolfy will get the majority of the votes. This means one of Dexter, Gina or Dan will go. My 3 favourite housemates. How is this fair at all? No doubt Wolfy will put on a sob act to get the votes required. I just hope Dan gets saved because Wolfy is a definite to go if she faces the public vote. This is the worst nominations twist ever. It has come at the worst possible time!
 
You would think the producers would have learned by now that if you want to do this twist, that's perfectly fine. BUT you need to announce it to the public BEFORE nominations happen. This could have been planned since day 1, but since it wasn't announced until after nominations, it seems unfair.

I would like this twist if it was after the entire house was up eviction. That way it doesn't appear to be singling out certain people in the house.

Can somebody explain to me why some people on other sites are saying Dan is a bully? I just don't see it. Every year it seems that a "bully" label is used for somebody in the house. Sometimes justified, but most of the times really not.

The twist doesn't seem to make any sense in the context they are using it... Why have the house nominate only to have them vote to void their own nominations... This would have been better if it was a Save/Replace twist by where the nominees win their safety rather than it just being a popularity contest...
 
During nominations bb said hms are reminded not to change their votes, who was that aimed at?
 
Ugh. Wolfy's confidence is grating on me.

I so hope she goes, after seeing her talk about being safe it'd be even more satisfying.
