You asked the questions and we asked Zoe! Here, she opens up about unrequited crushes and learning to love herself during her time in the House.
Kim Alic: How does it feel like to be out of Big Brother?
It feels really good. I had a not-so-great last four days, won’t point any fingers or say any names - *coughs* Estelle. So, it’s been a tough last four days but it felt good to leave, I was very at peace with the whole thing. I knew I was happy to go and I left with my husband Michael, so it was fine.
Ruby Alex Davies: Zoe, Was it love at first sight for Michael or did it take time?
Does that mean I had to look at him to fall in love with him? No, it wasn’t love at first sight then (laughs). Michael’s great - he’s everything I look for in a guy, he’s intelligent, he’s funny, he’s kind, he’s loving, so it took a bit of time, had to get to know him first … but it worked out.
Ruby Alex Davies: Zoe, Is Estelle your enemy after she stole Michael?
Big question, Ruby. I do not believe that Estelle stole Michael from me. I gave her Michael. I came to realise that I was OK with all my decisions and I gave her a green light. I realised actually it had nothing to do with either of them. It was my own insecurities that I was upset about in the last four days, it’s something I had to get over myself. Those two hooking up was just a bit of an added kick to the shins for me.
@TeamStaceyW: What exactly was going through your head when you broke Estelle's horse?
Why does everyone care about the horse? It’s just a friggen toy horse! Team Stacey – I will tell you exactly what was going through my head. I was so beyond filthy that Stacey had been voted out, I couldn’t understand why Estelle was still in the show, so I picked up that smug little horse and … I threw it over the couch cause I did not care.
@TeamZoeBBAU: Despite your feelings towards Estelle, do you think you could get along, outside the BB environment?
Yeah definitely, that’s easy to answer. We’ve all said all the way through, and I think I was one of the first one to say it, Estelle is incredible one-on-one. In a group environment, she’s not so great, she feels like she has to get her point across a lot and she feels like she’s not heard. One-on-one I can get on par with her in discussions … so yeah, on the outside I can see myself going, ‘Sorry, this is how I felt and this is what you did, you know, that’s how I feel’, but I can see us sitting down and having a decent chat.
One of my biggest regrets is I couldn’t stick with the one decision I’d made. I kept a steady opinion of how I feel about Estelle and how I believe that she’s an incredible person and she can have these incredible discussions. I also stick with the fact that she can be annoying as hell and she is just extremely difficult to live with. She’s a good friend, she’s just not a great roommate.
