Basically I think she is a bit of a fruitcake! My worst nightmare would be stuck in a house with her. The toy horse, the always having the last word, the constant flirting (with ryan, bradley, josh, sam and michael) as she must think that that is the only way she can get guys to like her, and all that zen crap would annoy the hell out of me. Oh and the "stellahood" crap .... Vomit!!!! I mean, she is a 24 year old law student ..... a bit of a fruitcake!

Hahahaha!!! The other night when she pulled her lips to the sides and said "This is me trying to make a really big smile" she looked exactly like a character from Wallace & Grommit!

Agreed with the fans turning people against her ...
but I think anyone that living in a confined space for so long with anyone who has so many different personalities would be challenging.
I personally find that aspect of her self indulgent. Yet she is probably the only one that hasn't bitched behind backs in the house. Which is kind of weird considering human nature and what it would be like living in that environment.
i am interested to know what the average age is of the estelle fans if anyone has any idea?

That's why she does it. She's copying off the characters from wallace & gromit I believe she said once.
 
I disagree with the proposition that she "went" wrong, or the Hate is from something singular that she did, or that he was at some point overwhelmingly popular. The hate has been sustained since the start of the showmance with Ryan. It was insipid and shallow, much like it's participants. She had been constantly predicted to be evicted almost every week. Nominated by her housemates almost ever week for the last two months. Bitched about by many Housemates, including all of the finalists (yes, even "I don't bitch" Layla) as being anti-social and annoying. The comments were not just random bitching, but specific criticisms of her overtly annoying and (apparently) fake personality. Her associations with Ryan, Ava, Michael saw all of then evicted very soon afterwards.

People here saw a victim in Estelle and rallied for her. Good for you, but the rest of the viewers have not seen it that way.
 
I like Estelle because she is different and didn't deserve the crap that came from almost every HM. I voted to keep her in so she could annoy the crap out of them, afterall I don't have to live with her. :D I hated all the bitching, accusations and just outright mean behaviour towards her. I find her quite endearing and likeable, she was the meeper and drainer they couldn't get rid of through all their colluding. :)

Thank you deelynn. She also likes to tuck lavender behind her ear to show how "different" she is.

Others may consider it odd/peculiar/weird. Me? I despise the scent of lavender so would be avoiding her like the plague.

Perhaps she likes to smell like an old lady's underwear drawer, I really wouldn't know.

She does socialise, more so actually than quite a few others. She is very friendly. Self segregation? Or the others do it to her? As for acting like a child I think we can say Ben and Layla do plenty of that.

Ava is long gone and the others probably didn't really want to get to know her anyway. Estelle seems to have been quite open to both the new HMs (intruders).

So really while Estelle may not be that smooth socially you could say much the same for most of those on BB, and certainly all of those left in the house. With Ben you seem to be either his friend or his enemy, and Layla pretty much uses people as it's to her advantage in the house.

are just cheap shots to a genuine question.

Accept it or not she has joined Layla and Ben in the last 3 and congrats to all three.. You dont get to this stage without something "good" in each HM, otherwise people wouldn't vote to save or to win.. particularly Estelle with 9 evictions if you include the 2 tonight. People must be seeing something positve.

As to the negative points you raise raise. How would you react being ostracised from the main group for the best part of 3 months..
Yes she cried a few times.... 19 votes and when Michael said the HM hated her..those stand out.
I wager most HMs cried a lot more.

She didn't lie in Pods covered with a blankie bitching.. and we know a lot of the other HMs did this a LOT. So that left few options to pass time apart from doing stuff by herself....She had Ryan and Ava for a short time.

And I'm still to see her regularly talking over others.. Mostly she can't get a word in against these bigger personalities.

Sorry mikidki I didn't want to get completely off topic.. As to why so much hate Hmmm? probably her eccentricity and lack of forceful personality and an inability to communicate with extreme personalities...

Also some of her fans are rabid and foul.. She certainly has lost support through these fans.
I hope Estelle doesn't see all the disgusting posts made in her name.

I like Estelle and will support her to the end but I think the Michael dalliance was a bad move.

I don't understand the hate either. She's just a girl on a reality TV show who will go her own way afterwards (with much success I hope).

IMO: She could have been a big personality, but she decided to go with the quirky, wacko personality. (though so far it has worked for her)

I'm a bit with you, the only person I didn't want winning the show was Stacy, everyone else, who cares
 
I really can't stand her!
Like Michael said in the early weeks - "she the most fake person I've ever met".
She such a show pony with all her focus on one person - herself.
Her and Zoe are like chalk and cheese with Zoe generally caring for other people and Estelle caring only about Estelle.
She should be presented with a sign to hang around her neck saying "Look at me, look at me".
