Their is no reason on this earth that a 10 year old needs to be modelling in an adult world. And let's not kid ourselves, modelling is a totally f-ed up industry and I really don't think 10 year olds need to be forced out of their childhood into adulthood for the sake of 'coolness' or beauty or whatever.
You wonder if these kids are allowed to do kiddy type things or if their parents are horrified by that. Stop playing with that doll! Put that Lego down. Now Pout, turn, bend that's better!

The pose is quite provocative for one of her tender years also *sigh*
That was my main problem with it. While I understand there's a difference between a high end fashion and Target catalogue stle of modelling, there is honestly no need for those kind of suggestive poses.
I would also argue that the skirt is a bit on the short side, and the make-up exaggerating here actual age does not help the situation.

I agree. What is the point of making a 10 year old look, dress and pose like a 16 year old? Why not just USE a 16 year old and stop messing with 10 year olds heads? Just let them be 10. It's not like it's a skill that only 10 year olds possess..there's plenty of young models out there who are older who could do this. Plenty of 18 year old ones who look 15 for that matter..why not make an older model look younger than a younger one look older?
Oh I see pic now, thanks. One of my rare moments of rant coherency that is![]()

It's like when you see ads for anti-aging creams, and you know damn well that the chick in the commercial is all of 17, doesn't have a single wrinkle, and has probably spent 2 hours in make-up to be made look like she's not wearing any and blemish free.
No wonder woman (of all ages) are so screwed up in terms of body image these days.

Dear Snooki,
Throw it all out. You look much nicer without it.

Snooki looks clean for once and yeah heaps better without the make-up.
Kate is looking good, love her hair it's a bazillion times better than that strange do she used to have. Love her dress, but not the shoes.
Is that the same body guard in the back ground that she was supposed to be having a bit of romance with?
