it is bullshit, but its part of the way production would work to manipulate the housemates. One clear example that comes to mind is the hotel task in BB14, which completely divided the house, and was then followed up with staples week which led to even more bitchingSomething I'd like to see is measurable tasks. BBUK used to have the group's target for a task printed in a sealed envelope, so while they completed the task/challenge they were unaware of their pass/fail status until time was up and they finally got to open the envelope. In terms of transparency you can't beat this. Over time there were too many tasks where BB AU would decide at their discretion whether HMs had passed or failed a task, which is just bullshit really.
