Who is Ava???

I loved Stacey shutting her down last night when Ava was all I don't like the limelight 'but Ava you are on a reality tv show there must be an element of limelight there' ............. cue Ava looking like a stunned mullet.

Tepid skeleton is an awesome description
 
Ava tells everyone at the dinner table (DS ep#40) that she's accustomed to a princess complex, to a certain way of being and of being treated. On the outside she's really special but on the inside the sun still shines and the rain falls down and she loves people getting to know her in a "raw organic way" and not treating her according to her princess complex. She is reminded that she's alive. She's herself. She's her. Ava wants everyone to know that while normally she's aloof, she's decided to take the pauper role rather than the princess and mingle with the common folk.

At this point various HMs are showing signs of boredom. Zoe appears to be trying to end this Ava endurance test by ramming little French flags under her lip and up through the anterior nasal region towards her brain.

Ava heads into a curious claim about being "a transparent person". Then Ben gets curious.

Ben: Is there something you're not telling us?

Ava: If you ask me a question I will tell you.

Ben : Is there something you're not telling us?

Ava proceeds to refer back to her previous entitlement comments without further clarity. Ben attempts to break through the opacity. Is she famous in another country? Ava gives a vague answer to this too.

Michael attempts to clarify by asking if she spends a lot of time outside the country. Ava offers back another vague answer about how she doesn't want to take the limelight. Stacey points out that Ava has put herself on national TV. Ava prattles on vaguely about how she just wants stay oblivious to that, be herself and get to know the HMs. No one hauls her up on how badly she's gone about doing this.

Who is Ava? A person who has the capacity to talk about herself at length without saying anything. So who is Ava? A total bore.
 
Josh looked a bit worried then didn't he? Oh shit do I have to listen to this on a regular basis?

She is such a wannabe poseur, ooo secret contracts with secret 'famous' people
 
Thanks for the replies, I'm still scratching my head tho'! If she gets kicked out on Sunday night maybe she'll reveal her secrets if there are indeed any to be revealed or whether they're just figments of a fertile imagination...
 
just a thought...

maybe AVA isn't the famous one in her family. Maybe Ava is the daughter/sister? of someone famous..
 
Here's an idea. That which drives Ava(tar)'s body used to also go by the nick "DQ" ;) :D

Concur, she is okay to look at but boy she is boring and good at waffling on about nothing. Just like most girls ;)
