The former copywriter was the runner-up in the 2003 series of Big Brother before going on to host numerous radio shows.

The 37-year-old has been a host on the The Circle since its inception in early 2010.

This year she was nominated for a Gold Logie, won a silver Logie for Most Popular TV Presenter and became an ambassador for Jenny Craig weightloss programs.

Kit, who arrived more than week early, is a baby brother for her 2-year-old son Leo.

B105's Camilla jumps ship

B105 breakfast host Camilla Severi is leaving the station and is rumoured to be taking up the microphone at rival Nova.

The former Big Brother star was part of the breakfast team ‘‘Labby, Camilla and Stav’’ at the Austereo station.

Jason "Labby" Hawkins and Stewart "Stav" Davidson announced Severi’s departure on the show this morning, in her absence.

The team today wished Severi well in her future endeavour at another station via social networking site Facebook.

‘‘Hey Guys, Camilla is no longer on the show as she has left to work at another station,’’ the announcement read.

‘‘We will miss her and wish her all the best. Meanwhile, the fun will continue with Labby & Stav for breakfast.’’

The station's website has since been updated, with the name of the breakfast show now "Labby and Stav".

Nova Brisbane general manager Sean Ryan would not confirm or deny speculation Severi was joining the FM station, but said: "I think she's a brilliant broadcaster and if we can find an opportunity for her, we will."

Severi did not return calls from brisbanetimes.com.au today.

Austereo Brisbane general manager Richard Barker said Severi would remain at B105 until December 31 to fulfill her contractual obligations, but would no longer be on air after 4½ years at the station.

"She did advise us yesterday that she had made a decision to leave the B105 breakfast show and take up a position with a competitor next year," he said.

"Whilst she might not be on air, she's still going to be part of the team here."

Barker said Severi would continue to report entertainment and also contribute to the station's website, but had not indicated which competitor she will join next year.

He said the station would start trialling new announcers from Monday.

"We've got four or five friends - including one who used to be closely connected to Labby - who we will start trialling over the next few weeks," Barker said.

"We have a couple of surprises in store."

Labby and Stav annoy the crap out of me. They host a between shows thing on channel 11 and are so not funny. I don't know what their radio show is like bit if it's anything like the tv one, I'd run for the hills too if I was Camilla .

Stav's teeth alone are what nightmares are made of, let alone their inane humour.

And they repeat their innane channel 11 segments over and over and over again. How many times are they going to interview that girl from England who is a Neighbours fan.

Till you get sick of it...... Annoying hey? But that's commercial TV

I don't even understand why they are on. Why are they on? Are there people who find their shit funny?

^^ Oh I don't find him funny...... I don't find much of radio funny. Even SAFM which went to shit years ago isn't funny and no longer about the state any more. It used to be a good Adelaide station but then got eaten up by Austereo and turned into generic shit.
