What is the plural of moose???Trivia question last night.
We got it right.

I think of this thread as the op-shop of BBA, you never know what treasures you may find:) Sometimes magical, sometimes ordinary, and always, like op-shops are, quirky and unpredictable:)

I found out the hard way that the collective noun was an expletive of moose. I'm still washing my ears out with soap.

op-shop is a good description. or maybe second hand bookstore?

i had this idea of a story of this large op shop where some items come alive in the middle of the night.

They just asked each other which starsign they were, then waffled about why they didn't know.


Golden moment for another couple. 'We seem sooo similar' replied with a high pitched 'Really?'.
 
It brings up my belief that I reckon I'm emotionally stunted due to growing in a household where my 7 year younger sister would interrupt me watching TV and say 'listen to this'. She'd yell 'mum, xxxxx is making fun of my personal development' and I'd get in trouble out of nowhere.
