flexibility is a good thing to have, both in the body and the soul. well it's better than being rigid anyway.
Keeping an open flexible mind stops you getting old and irrelevant, I admired my Mother for continuing to learn and question things until the day she died.
Flexi bodies, can be painful or fun, I have some double joints, my elbows are really bendy and make it easy for me to fasten anything in the back, and you can't twist my arm, very helpful with older siblings torture attempts. Bendy backs are bad, they keep trying to make me fuse mine.
Good to know!
Have you ever liked something, like a tv show or a movie or a food, but then gone off it?
All the time. I used to love Downton Abbey, and got bored after 3 series. MKR lost me, it's too loud and obnoxious, gives me a headache.
I'm ready to give any TV show the flick unless it fits my schedule or mood and mindset at the time.
Exceptions being Doctor Who, Xfiles, Vikings.
And food, used to love prawns, lately the texture freaks me out, feels like I'm eating a muscle erk, very small prawns I still try eating.
Pork is another, I was chopping it up and it just hit me, eww, it is just like me. Same colour and look as human.
Alcohol, gone off it all together. Used to like lighter drinks. But I have never liked the taste of strong stuff, tastes like shoe polish.
Wearing black, now like white.
