Melbourne more, but I joined a couple of groups as soon as I moved to Germany and 'instantly' (reasonably quickly) made several REAL LIFE FRIENDS, one of whom is now my flatmate. Melbourne definitely had board game Meetups. My colleague would sometimes go and even host them.

I don't want to be negative this early in the year and all, so .... I'll just mention there is a lot of hard work involved in becoming the worlds best uni cyclist. But I guess it's possible. So: here's hoping.

What is wrong with being negative?? I am always negative. Why just this morning I said to myself 'Reepbot, I somehow don't think you'll ever get to tapdance on Jupiter. For one thing you can't even dance!'.

Do you think that every time someone doesn't answer a question? There have been several times over the last few weeks I have asked Witty questions and never got a response.

Well I suppose it's one thing to be negative or perhaps brutally realistic about your capacity to say tap dance in Jupiter, but bringing down the hopes of an aspiring world best uni cyclist just seems a bit harsh. when it comes to inigo and trala everything must be treated with suspicion i think. especially since it is obvious that inigo transformed herself into a mini-trala last year.

Just as me owning a beautiful rainforest and waterfalls is a factual public service and not bragging :p. I think you don't recognise opportunist value adding, even if it's right there, capitalised ;)

Yeah ... but that is Witty. He is a special case.

but agree it doesn't necessarily look like anyone (other than perhaps Witty) has anything to hide if a question here or there goes unanswered.
