I can see that. I think you're consistently inconsistent. I find you probably the most consistent person on here (as far as I am concerned, and no I didn't mean consistently on here!). Granted it's difficult when not sure how to take someone. e.g. being able to distinguish sarcasm from seriousness etc. Maybe there's an element of EI that also comes into it to, BUT it's everyone's right to post as they wish, within the limits, which I guess are sort of set by the community, within reason. Give and take. It's all grey, and not one person here is f&^%$g perfect! OK, time for the fish and chippery to shut up shop for the night. Salt and vinegar with that?

He was pretty straight forward for a start. I don't remember ever questioning/doubting anything he posted. A lot of it might've been cringe worthy but it was always true to how he'd posted all throughout his time in BBBAU. :D

FWIW I'm a chess fan and comparing a sport to chess isn't a compliment in my book; the 2 things are very different.

I don't like the stop-start nature of gridiron, how short the 'action' lasts (usually less than 10 seconds). I find the whole sport frustrating as a spectacle to be honest and lacking any redeeming qualities.

Yes but you probably don't know a lot about it.
Playbooks are the size of textbooks and then the types of attacking varies as does defending, I would suggest college football rather than gridiron for the beginner:p

I understand why people don't like it though, I can't get into cricket.

Yeah that is not something I'd be bragging about and using it as a selling point of the sport. :biggrin:

It's great if you're a coach, to have that much control of a team down to the littlest detail would be something a soccer coach can only dream of.

It's that micro managed nature of the sport I detest. I like my sports to be free flowing which allow the players to adapt to circumstances by themselves (not constantly being spoon fed every 10 seconds by the coach) that happen on the field on a real time basis.

There's very little of that in gridiron hence my contempt for it. There's more time spent talking about 'plays'/strategies/etc than actual playing time, absolutely disgraceful. :facepalm: :facepalm: :facepalm: :hilarious: :hilarious: :hilarious:

I completely disagree. I can't hold my tongue anymore. I'll talk about my own experience - i thought me and him were friends, but he let trala trash me and did nothing. Then when trala let up for a while, he bought it back up for no reason other than to get trala to trash me again. i confronted him, he played innocent, it settled again. But yet again he trashed me just for trala's attention. Yes, no one is perfect, but noone else here on purposely does that
