I hate that people prentend to be who they are not. You don't do that reep. You lay it out, as you are (oh well, I hope you do) No point in being not who you are, you will just be chasing your tail forever ....... and that will just take up mind space you can use for creating your next novel etc

Just be yourself - that is who you are
Have a take it or leave it type of approach. I don't get you are really desperate to hook up, so treat it as another learning part of your life. You are still young. The time will come x

you are right. i do lay it out. i'm spurned on by motivation to try to be as real as i can. i never want to pretend to please. because people will always see the real you. unless they don't want to.

agree. It would be all to exhausting to be who you are not. Show it all, well, maybe not all at once LOL - and if it works out awesome! If you want to trap another, spin a web.
Nothing more freeing than putting yourself out there, as the real you.

An ex of mine was the same. he was and still is a brilliant performer and totally over the top in persona. He is still the same and he will never change. It is who he is. Don't worry about who you are, it is you are who you are (even though some may not connect)
I think most of the past problems I had in my own head with you, was because of the acceptance of your real ways. I am sorry for that. I had time to reflect on my own RL and relationships.
