Used to bizzare behaviour though. Usually driven by emotions of course. I think a more logical person would have not been starting arguments and fights. That is more of a sign of person driven solely by emotions. Because if witty thought about it logically, and i don't mean his "i'm always right" logic that he seems to strictly adhere to, he could see how foolish he is being.

Agree. And agree. He is ultra competitive, but about nothing. And he can never really win either because he is the only one actually playing.
 
It reminds me of a joke my current boss told a while back. I'm not sure exactly what it was relating to now but some of the people we work with have known personality disorders or are alcoholics and are pretty negative and difficult people. The joke was about a married couple and the man was a cranky old bastard and the wife nevertheless constantly tried to appease (enable?!) him and on this particular morning she asked what he would like for breakfast and he snapped back something like I don't know you silly woman. She mildly suggested an egg and he snapped back fine. Then she cautiously asked how he wanted it cooked and he snapped back I don't know, you stupid woman. She suggested boiled. He snapped back I don't know, can't you work out what to do. She suggested fried. He snapped back I don't know. She then suggested two eggs, one boiled, one fried. And he snapped back ok fine then, just make them. She then prepared the eggs and served them up and he took one look and said I can't believe it. You boiled the Wrong Fucking Egg.

It is interesting to me that you have only really taken this stance since he started mildly aiming his bullshit at you.

Try waking up every day and seeing your name and your quotes sprinkled everywhere while you were sleeping/working/living life.

Check out just how many times he mocked/sledged Mutley (unprovoked mind you) while Mutley was away on holiday. There will be pages of them I'm sure.

The changing Avatars to try and humiliate, the ever changing custom titles - though to be fair his latest is to stick it to Bluefish, the stalking, the obsessing, the note taking. This has been our normal for fucking months.

He is mentally unwell. The only person who can't see that is him.

Oh and welcome to his ever growing list.

actually Trala I have taken this stance more strongly since I suggested he not continue to attack YOU the way he was. That seems to have flipped him into ultra agressive mode for some reason.

I have definitely suggested he has behaved 'oddly' before now. The whole mutley exposed him thing was ridiculous. I think one of the Mods even told him that.
I agree he is mentally unwell.

It can indeed and it has reached the situation where it has exhausted me to the point if not wanting to be involved in it any more at least at the moment. Which is a shame because although I have exchanged a few terse posts with people, including of course your good self, for the most part it is quite fun as a (slightly strange) wind down passtime. I dont actually want to stop visiting or posting on the site but I really dont want to interact with him while he is in the mood he is currently in and I am yet to find a proper work around. I assume it will all settle down. Eventually.

I dont think he wants to see how foolish he is being because it would probably be too painful. Maybe there are some others who dont find him foolish. But its a bit hard to tell. Most people seem to find him pretty damn irritating. He could presumably change that if he really wanted to. But I dont think he actually wants to have anyone on his side. Its Witty vs The World. And thats how he wants it.

What are your qualifications to make that assessment? You are the one playing brinkmanship games that you do not even follow. Blocking then not blocking. Broad announcements of leaving/lurking which amount to absolutely zero other than manipulation and actually more acidic vengeance than before. You are a classic last worder and control freak who can't deal, not even with people continuing with their benign conversation in the 2015 Today I thread. It's not surprising that OT have black sheeped you and that you take your frustrations out on me.

Yes. It is a witty v world situation. Everyone is against poor old witty. Only he is smart enough to see the truth.
