What would reepbot say?

Hmmm, would going to uni classify as a risk?

Or maybe actually going on a date. Sure the date didn't arrive, but the point is I drove there to the place.
yeah both count! Going back to study as an adult student is tough! :)

I have decided to extend my honesty question and answer session for another week because why the fuck not.

Oh, cool! Because I have a few. I've only read back the last 3 or 4 pages, so forgive me if some of these were answered earlier.

Are you really a Tina Arena fan?

How old are you?

Are you a male?

Have you been on Disability for long? I heard it was hard to get onto these days, and I am curious how you got onto it if you just have Aspergers, as they seem to need more than one thing; and also if you are young if they have given you a hard time and tried to get you off it, since the Abbott government came and went, as every time I read the Herald last year there was an article about changes to that sort of thing. Do you live with family? I think it would be hard to pay rent on any sort of benefits, these days.

That's a lot of questions, and they are maybe a bit dull for you.

What is your favourite planet and why?

So why do you think you kind of flipped out when I asked when you sleep those however many weeks ago, seeing as now you are having a whole week of brutal honesty?[DOUBLEPOST=1444420118][/DOUBLEPOST]
This thread has got a semi voyeuristic vibe to it.
It does

What you just described was the definition of a double standard. I brought up Delcan because she sniped me last night and I was still annoyed by it. Also i do appreciate how nice you have been to me.

..[DOUBLEPOST=1444385607][/DOUBLEPOST]

Yes I would. No, I am not hating it.

Well, to me a double standard is having inconsistent principles even if two situations are similar. You didn't like my comment, but I only made it in response to what you said that was directed to me. I found delcans comments inoffensive so had no reason to say anything, plus it wasn't aimed at me. Maybe I missed the comment you are referring to? I don't think it's a double standard or hypocritical to only retaliate to certain comments, am I meant to respond to everything everyone says even if it has nothing to do with me and is completely inoffensive? Ps - it's human nature to be hypocritical - everyone does it. Yes, even you.

Either way, sorry if I upset you, I still stand by what I said though.

Yes I really am a Tina Arena fan. I have six of her CD's and two of her DVD's, a framed photo of her, and like 70 youtube clips of her. Plus I have listened to her songs hundreds of times.

I am 27 years old. I am a male.

2008 was when I was first put on dsp. I have done some jobs since then but not enough to get me off the dsp. If you do some research there is a strong link between aspergers and unemployment. I had to get a letter from a psychologist as well as answer questions from a work capacity assessor who recommended I can do eight hours a week. I don't think they have given me a hard time. Like me they would like me to find work but if no one wants to hire you then there is nothing they can do about it.

Yes I live with my mum and partner. Yes it would be hard to pay rent with the money i am on.

Mars.

It was her 'I don't believe your poor little reepbot story' like I was making this up to get sympathy from people. But the thing is the last thing i want is sympathy. I was asked questions about me and i answered them.

It does

Because I thought you were implying something else with your sleeping questions.

Thanks for answering, Reepbot. I don't think you should get a job, by the way. I was just curious - maybe I should not watch A Current Affair, too. They had all these scare stories about people in their 60s with half a leg and cancer being turned down for DSP these days. Plus the Herald went mad on the issue. So in my mind people were being turfed off it at the rate of knots and put through the wringer - which is not good for anyone's illness.

I admire Tina Arena. (a) she can really sing, unlike most recording artists currently (b) she persisted despite difficulties and (c) they love her in France. But I can't say I am very familiar with her work.

My favourite planet is Mercury, or the Moon.

To be fair I think Jessy was responding to questions I may have started. I have been trying to ask a wide range of potetnial conversation starter questions, so that if people were curious (or I was) that more could be asked. So sorry to you both @jessy_girl and @reepbot for causing tension. That wasn't my intention. I have certainly learned a lot of awesome things about you RB, but it is the nature of this honest answers to questions week you are undertaking that people will delve further into areas they are curious about, which I think is what Jessy was doing.

What is a reepbot? I get the bot part, but what is reep?

Reep is named after a user in the bigfooty forum. I chose that username because at the time i liked the reep part of the name, and the bot part of the name was that i felt like a robot who was incapable of feelings feelings for anything or anyone at that time.[DOUBLEPOST=1444443684][/DOUBLEPOST]

Fair enough.

Well I guess I can speak to only my experiences on it and I haven't had a problem with them so far. Though it is not good to hear people with half a leg not getting a dsp.

Yes, Tina Arena is a great singer. I think Chains is the best song to start with i think. She writes and sings very positive and life affirming songs.
