I don't want to go all psychologist on you, a) I'm not qualified and b) you seem to be pretty self reflective here which is always a good thing. You don't have to answer these questions here or at all, but why do you think you have changed? What is stopping you from going back to the you that you want to be? I am not trying to be disparaging of who you are now, everyone changes, it's not necessarily a bad thing, but if there is something standing in your way of being "your authentic self", you need to work out how to overcome that. Take or leave this advice as you like.
