Lior has a gorgeous voice. I saw him the other day on a live show on TV. I might get one of his albums myself.

And yes, Led Zeppelin were famous for going off on a tangent in the middle of their songs. Like in Whole Lotta Love for example (not that I just wanted to post another Zep video or anything ;)).

"Supernatural Superserious", by REM. Not a bad track their new one.

I'd try and post a youtube clip but it never works for me on this forum! :)

On monday last he was live from the Basement. I watched it online. Incredible!!

I Remember You - Skid Row.

Its a kickass song! I might learn it on guitar tomorrow.

If I was in a band playing in pubs/clubs, I would love to play this song.

I still have that Skid Row album, on tape! That was my favourite song from it.

I'm listening to Patti Smith's version of Hey Joe because there was a conversation about Patti Hearst in another thread and it reminded me of this song, which is about her. Beautiful, chilling lyrics and I love the guitar and piano in this.

I'm listening to both Cut Copy's & Gyroscope's new albums right now. Both signed copies as well :D
How's Gyroscope's? I loved Are You Involved so I'm a bit iffy about listening to the new one, I don't want to be disappointed.

A day does not pass that I do not listen to Muse for at least a few hours.

Matt Bellamy is a God.

Joe Jackson "Night and Day" - with my favourite JJ song "Steppin' Out".

He's at the Palais on May 27 so don't be surprised if I rock up to that one. He's got a new CD out and all. :)

Read an interview with him today in the HS where he talks about a song "Invisible Man" on his new album, which is apparently about how he is no longer 'a celebirity' (or at least, doesn't feel much like one anymore).

"And thank God. It's quite a radical thing, to say 'f*ck it' to celebrity. I don't know what happened, but celebrity culture has become a monster. It's like a sickness - people will degrade themselves in any way possible to grab 10 minutes of the limelight."

That's true. Wonder what Max Markson thinks, lol :)
