What music or songs are you listening to?

This is one of my favourite Canadian bands from the late 90’s and early 2000’s. I think I can blame them for my love of experimental music.




 
I'm listening to the remixes of Bon Jovi's It's My Life on YouTube as I am trying to find which epic sounding remix did Channel 10 use for their current Survivor Australia promos.

(hopefully I can find it faster than the 2025 Big Brother Australia music playlist actually getting released lol)

IDK I’m probably brainwashed by the pop girlies on TikTok but I find Charli to be quite underrated and for that reason I’ll pretty much stan anything she puts out. I like Zayn for the same reason… His Icarus Falls album 👌🏻

Haha this just came on That's 90s/00s, and it reminded me of when Basshunter was on CBB. He and one of the other HMs got punished and were locked in a room with it playing on repeat. "Why did you even make this song!?" 🤣 It's pretty irritating.

 
This song came on That's 70s channel and for the first time in my life I learned they're not singing Whoa-oh-ohhh Mister Music. Which IMO would have been better than cramming in so many unnecessary syllables.

 

I think George and Aretha would be proud of this version of their classic duet.

The winner and runner-up of Australian Idol 2004. 🤯
