Its a classic. An example of creativity, songwriting and lyrics and production.
From the guitar riff being recorded backwards to utilising a shiity amp for lennon singing the third verse.
Futuristic.
And to think it was done over 50 years ago.

I actually went to school with Simon Austin and he was a mate. He met Angie when they were both working at one of the Vic ski resorts whilst working. He was a very good actor and appeared in some abc stuff. Keen mind and great wordsmith.
Angie had an incredible voice and true artistic bent. They were coupled for awhile but it fell apart but they continued working for a time after.
