David Gray - Seen him Twice -
Once flew to Sydney to see him at the State Theatre - around 2004??? (they told us you are NOT allowed to stand up and dance there) and then saw him in Perth.

We had OK tickets in Perth, but some nice soul gave us tix 2 rows from front ........ Always cherished that kind jesture - we fowarded our tixs to a couple in the bar ...... They never heard of him before, but I am sure they were converted :)

Totally a David Gray Fan :)

I love David Gray. His voice is beautiful. I'm a big fan of the human voice. Speaking of which, I danced at the feet of KD Lang at the State Theater. They must have changed the rules since you were there last. It was just me and KD for a couple of minutes. She was so much fun. Then she bent down and gave me her neck tie. I was mauled by a horde of lesbians trying to leave the place. They all wanted to smell it! (it smelt of aniseed if you must know 😄).

This is the song we danced to. Sorrow Nevermore. A very joyful song.

And I'll keep my soul" ...

Should have mentioned, we were upstairs in the Circle Area - Front Row - but still - had to have butt planted!

Yes, well, I thought so on both concerts - I see he is headed to the West Coast, just for the Blues and Roots Festival - end of March. I have something already planned for that weekend :(
 
sooooooo - I read and also saw something on TV - that Night Owls have a gene - and I so blame it on it!

I have to go get the bins out (I have about 4 hours) and I wish I had done it earlier LOL
