From the shoegaze sounds of My Bloody Valentine, to Backstreet Boys. I can't help it, they write catchy tunes.

Some nice ambient music to wind down after a crazy day.
 
Oh, I love Roisin Murphy. Overpowered was such a cool album, with great cover art.
 
The Dutchess and The Duke - She's The Dutchess, He's The Duke

Underrated album from 2008. It's really great.

Britta Phillips & Dean Wareham - L'Avventura
Amazing album. I don't know if anyone knows the band Galaxie 500 but Dean Wareham was the lead singer in that band. Britta is his wife and they now make brilliant music together.
 
The Jesus and Mary Chain - Psychocandy
One of my favourite albums. I'd say it's one of the main precursors/influences to the shoegaze movement of the late 80s and early 90s.
 
Lily Allen's new album "It's Not Me, It's You". It's good so far, though not sure if it's on the same quality level as "Alright, Still" but I'm enjoying it a lot.

Tess, I love Portishead! That is a great song. My favourite from their latest album is "Machine Gun". It's so good :)
