I actually enjoy some pre 60s music. Not much of a fan of the so-called rock n roll revolution (european/white hi jacking/appropriation of an African American genre) that occured in the 60s to be totally honest. For one reason or another songs from that genre and era usually don't do much for me. Especially the beatles, I absolutely loathe that overrated pap.


 
Well now, dearies. Here's a group from the '60's that I really love. They're a bit rough and ready and they'd go nowhere today because the lead singer's not pretty. Great voice though, and great song. I love Eric.


 
...aw man!... hooleydooley and hawke... you have been powering some great music clips between you... what great music... you are both awesome lol!... I've always loved this rather melancholy song of times gone by but just felt like listening to it again... the children talking at the beginning and end shows such innocence in such tumultuous times... cheers.
