Bar-ba-sol by David Cook. This is a fantastic debut album by an Idol winner (they actually let the winner write or co-write most of the songs)

I am cranking the musak and listening to Pink Floyd's "The Wall."

I forgot just how fn awesome this album is....

Mother....

In the Flesh....

Young Lust....

One of my Turns...."are all those guitars yours???"

Vera....

Comfortably Numb..... total bliss..............

Ahhh.....must enjoy.....

I love that album, especially Comfortably Numb. The song Mother used to crack me and my brother up when we were little. Just the part about "breaking my balls". We used to play it over and over and laugh hysterically. So immature.

Mr Scary - Dokken (Well Rather George Lynch as the song is just guitar, bass & drum and most of the guitar in it is solos) :D

I'm captivated by the enchanting Tone Damli Aaberge and her funny little chin..

Do you have the album yet? It is number 1 on the USA iTunes charts. I have ordered my copy through Sanity online, I couldn't find a CD store anywhere here that was getting it in. I know that the songs were released as a preview early but I want to wait until I have my CD before I listen to it. I just know that I am going to love it so much. As Randy said, he could sing the phone book and it would blow me away. He is awesome.

I hope my CD has the "hidden track" Kiss on the Neck as the American release does. I doubt it would have the other bonus tracks that you can get on the CD depending on where you buy it from so those I may have to download. I notice that iTunes Oz has only the two singles "Time of my Life" and "Light On" and no mention of the album whatsoever.

As I have said before in other threads, I think David Cook is the best Idol that has ever been, anywhere in the world and no other Idol could ever come close to him.

Now Mr Pips has Sneaky sound system on ( Really loud ) * Had to tell him to turn it down, as the kids are sleeping *
They are pretty GooD. I seen them live before the Robbie Williams concert. They were the warm up band. They weren't as famous as they are now then...
