However, BB is silent on this matter. Has Ben exposed a loophole? Will we see all HM's talking out loud when by themselves next year?

As many here have said already, Ben seems to get away with anything & BB allows it for some strange reason. And he isn't that naive either @ playing the game. Notice how Ben's attitude changed towards Tim after he was allowed to hear Ed's thoughts on Tim. Keep playing dumb Ben, might make you a 1/4 of a million dollars.
