What Annoyed You Today?

I contacted the TIO today, finally. I think I've given Vodafone enough time to fix this since my first call was February 18.
It'll be interesting to see what happens.

They should pull finger, because they get billed for TIO escalations if they get taken up, which they will because you have made attempts to resolve this already. Good luck Febs!

I'll let you know how I go. I didn't want to get TIO involved, abut it's been going on for too long with no results.
 
Being told by someone that they needed to “correct” some statements that I had made…. When the thing that needed to be “corrected” was their approach. They then had the audacity to claim the conversation was pointless when I’ve been refusing to talk to this person for weeks now for that exact reason. I’m sorry that my no nonsense approach isn’t “cooperative” enough for you but we’re slowly approaching 3 years of this bullshit and I’ve had enough quite frankly.
