Sam is by no means my favourite housemates however he has grown on me as the series has gone on(I hated him when he first entered). As an intruder he has done very well. Sam came onto the show to play the game and win the money and so far he has played a very smart game. He has played a survivor type game in forming alliances. His strongest alliance has been with his lady Layla as she has saved him from nomination and IMO helped him survive 2 evictions because I definitely think people have voted to keep him in to keep his relationship with Layla going. He has also formed an alliance with Estelle which is a very smart move because she has survived so many evictions. I respect Sam and I think he has done very well as an intruder.

He has done a lot better then his fellow intruder Ava more than doubling his time in the house over her. Sam is obviously safe for this week but many others and I expect him to be evicted next on day 84 which would take his tally of days in the house to 49 which is a very good effort. He is still a chance to go onto win though and I personally am warming to the idea of him winning. I think it would be great to see an intruder finally win Big Brother and I think he would use the money well setting himself up to own and run some cafe's. I was just wondering is Sam reminds anybody else of Cherry from BB08? A ripped, surfer from the Gold Coast entering as an intruder on day 35 and lasting more than 40 days. Cherry got evicted on day 77. They are so similar IMO.
 
Sam is playing a two way bet. If he wins bye bye Layla. If she wins he will stick with her on the outside.
He is only 21 and sees lots of dreams ahead of him, but he needs money.
 
i don't seen similarities with cherry and sam. cherry was a complete and utter knob, sam seems quite genuine -- from the editing we've seen, mind you.

I like Sam as well.

Somehow I think if Layla wins Jake the Muss might have something to say about the money.
 
i really respect how open and honest sam has been in the diary room, and the way he has played the game with the other HMs - not negative or pushy or bullying, like the toxic trio

Has he been 'open and honest' with Layla?
Negative? Pushy? His svengali-like grip on Layla could be considered just as manipulative. As was his formation of his harem alliance the foundation of which was negativity...just fashioned in a more politically correct way.

Actually, the cover will be:- "Sam broke my heart" ... I'm OK now though, I have $250,000.00 smackers in the bank and my new car to help me get over it, plus the money New Idea are giving me for my story....SHUT UP!

I wasn't being nasty? It's honestly what I think will happen and I also think she will win the show.
 
@viennamoo --- If you are referring to the SHUT UP, that wasn't directed at you, just one of Layla's favourite sayings.. :)
 
I still can't get over the fact he's only 21. That's only a year older than me! He makes me feel like a child :(

I'd be perfectly fine with him winning though.

..not this. He doesn't have any Svengali-like grip on her. Layla is playing just as hard as Sam and she dumped George quick smart when Sam walked in because she knew George wasn't going to last so she needed to get herself another "cutesy couple" partner before Angie or Estelle hooked up with him. She knows exactly what she's doing and is nowhere near as dumb as she pretends.

Yes, so would I. I'd have no problem at all with it. He's calculating, manipulating situations and game playing but he's honest and he's not hurting the other hm's in the process. He's playing well and if he wins he will have deserved it.

If Layla has $250 000 smackers in the bank she will have 2 CARSlol
