Have any of you read big brothers official message on the website? The money for voting this week will be donated to The Salvation Army a charity which Josh and his family chose. Have some decency his brother just passed away and he has been locked in a house with no communication for 2 months and now he's thrown back out there and has to deal with something like this.

Yeah don't say that In the "Josh has left the house" thread as you would be attacked for saying that. As was I.
Even after saying "Deepest sympathies" etc etc they all miss my point.
The point isn't so much the money but that they've decided on the behalf of others what to do with it. I voted to save a housemate, this is now irrelevant because their is no eviction. My vote has not contributed to saving a housemate which is the reason I provided them with my money. Paid for a service I havnt received and not by my decision.
Deepest sympathies to josh just don't think it's been handled in the best way.

I think the question most people want answered is how and why that decision was reached. At what point did BB decide to simply cancel all votes and the nominations instead of postponing a week? It was obviously decided very early on because it was part of the initial press release, so what happened during that discussion? Was it put to Josh or did he request it? If it was put to him, why was Josh and his family even involved when they were trying to process such a traumatic loss?
People understand that having an eviction is probably not the best idea on the back of what's happened, but there was no need to just throw everything out and start again.

dreamworld funeral
They should have flown 50 or 100 funeral guests from Adelaide to the Gold Coast for a funeral at Dreamworld, attended by Josh, who was still in the house.
Easy way to boost ratings.

Either way it's likely the same people will be up next week and you'll have to start from scratch. The person you sent 30 votes to save was saved.
That argument is a poor one Imo.
Yes they're saved.
But the vote is with the implication one person leaves, or that there is an actual eviction to SAVE them from!!!!
It's just ludicrous to say all are saved.
