Vest Vs Hairdryer - Rewards Vs Punishment

I stand corrected. Upon further review going back to the very first episode it seems the hairdryer was taken before Tahan entered the house during her clothes plea. I still find though it doesn't affect my point and just re-iterates Tahan disrespecting BB rules which seems to be a habit of hers (see Ben's reason for nomination).

Well that is nit picking at certain events rather than looking at the big picture to make it sound biased for Tahan. I could do the same for Tim: Tahan threw Tim's jacket over the fence and than when faced with the choice of giving it back to him or receiving a free bag, she selfish chose a Kardashian bag. See how that paints Tahan in a negative way because I nit picked at only half the story? If you look at the bigger story you realise that both are in the wrong in some capacity.

The point everyone is missing is that Tim told Tahan that if he were given a third chance to return her hairdryer, he would choose it over his ice cream. Tim broke his word.

Deliberately.

Would you mind not quoting any of my posts? Literally the only poster on all these forums who I can not handle. No point replying back to you because you are such a biased weirdo who see's everything through rose coloured glasses.

Seriously I can't understand why you care, southern star is there to make a entertaining tv show, not a sensitised day time soapie.

Silkworm cares simply because Silkworm hates Tim's guts to the point where it is obessive and creepy. I am talking 15-20 posts per day hating on Tim and half of them Silkworm makes stuff out of nothing.

Omg that is exactly how I see it too, you're the first person that has understood this whole hairdyer/ice cream/vest lingo that I know of haha

Longbow ... I hadn't thought of it that way, but after reading your post, I have to say I completely agree. Yes, you've certainly summed the whole scenario up well.

So i thought, BB will give Tim's vest back right? Wrong.

That is consistent with BB. The HMs don't get their footballs back when they kick them out of the house grounds (and it has been done deliberately in the past). So Tim doesn't get his jacket back when a HM throws it over the wall either.

reading the daily wash on the OS, BB teased both Tahan and Tim today with their belongings LOL

Daily Wash: Day 55: Obey Or Pay!
......
First, he firmly ordered Tim and Tahan to collect every item that didn’t belong in the House – including the food they’d hoped would stave off their luxury cravings during a staples-only week. Finding Tahan’s much-coveted hairdryer and Tim’s favourite jacket sitting in the Diary Room, they were inspired to whip round the House retrieving everything they’d ‘stolen’, quick smart.

But Big Brother wasn’t letting them off easily. He let the pair know that he’d be keeping the hairdryer and the jacket! “Possession is nine-tenths of the law,” he told them. “We were stealing from the rich, i.e. you, and giving to the poor, i.e. our Housemates. We were doing a good deed!” Tahan protested, but it fell on deaf ears. She kissed her hairdryer goodbye while Tim tried on his spiffy jacket. “You wouldn’t even look good on this,” was Tim’s parting remark to BB
.....

Tim cuts the cord in half on Tahan's straightener and she chooses a bag over his jacket and she is the "bad" person. I'm living in a different world.

You cant fix the curler but he will get his jacket back.

He gets a pass when he does something wrong.

Did her hair dryer get confiscated for the Spa?

I thought it was just her clothes for a couple days.

Tim's just a selfish prick. That's the bottom line.

She threw his jacket over because she was shitty at him taking pleasure in being mean to her. There's no other explanation unless you think tim's a complete baby who can't resist food. He is never happier than when he can come out and say, 'look what I just did.'

Throwing the jacket is immature, but I think that just comes with the BB experience. Him cutting the straighter, destroying her property is on a different level. It was mean and vindictive. The jacket thing was at least a fuck you, I will do something to punish you. Tahan is helpless. She can't reason or ask Tim. He says he will and won't.

She was right to not take the jacket from the diary room. She'd have been a sucker if she did. Tim would still take the ice cream after that. Now though the balance may be shifted and so Tim will do the right thing because he has something to gain.

He is all about himself. He wanted to make Drew miserable by not saving Tully. He cut Tahan's cord because he doesnt follow through what he says. He spreads garlic over HM's clothes but gets angry when they pull a joke on him.

He's the kind of person who when playing monopoly would throw a fit at the first sign of anyone maybe cheating. Yet he himself would be the banker and constantly cheat.

UAN... I can't tell you how relieved I am that other posters are seeing through his facade. Do you think he has a chance of winning this thing? I just don't know. I guess it depends on what they show on Monday night.

Yeah, I am quite astonished by a lot of the views people have in support of him. I could understand better if people were going, 'he's a douche bag prick but I want him to win none the less.' However people really have a strange opinion as if he's a great guy that's genuine. He's far from it. He's probably the most fake housemate this season.

'He's honest about playing the game.' No he's not. He's not at all. People are combining how he is in the house to the housemates with how he is in the diary room. What he presents to the housemates is way different than how he is at playing the game.

He'll definitely win. He has a lot of similar traits to Ben 2012, with out a lot of the really mean and evil traits Ben had. So Ben last year could be a massive prick and bully. While being completely two faced and lying the entire season. If because he acted like a baby, did silly faces and jumped up and down at times. If that was enough for people ignore the bad side to win. Tim has it in the bag.

I have said before that Tim Dormer has created a certain character based on a combination of lots of successful past HM's. It's just coming across as completely unbelievable for me... He has done loads of research on this show and almost made the cut last year so I'd say he's spent the 12 months prior studying the behaviours of HM's. He's absolutely a douche and this idea that he's played the game honestly is garbage. I am very much enjoying seeing the wheels fall off his caboose.

I just saw another thread about Tim being misunderstood... I understand that he is a spoiled brat of a kid who can't handle being outwitted. Tahan and Drew are awake to him. Boog is fully aware of his ploys and I'm really hoping she doesn't back off completely in her attempts to derail him. The fact that Tim straight up asked Boog to have a showmance with him, and her laughing at the idea shows that he has absolutley no control over her, as he thinks he's had with the other HM's.
