Twitter and Facebook votes that were not counted

Why has BBAU not addressed the many followers of these two social Media's in reference to not having their votes confirmed in the last eviction to save Ben? I would like to know what happened . My facebook page was flooded with all of these comments from voters (along with their screenshots) of not getting confirmation after they voted. Any discussion on this out there?

it wasnt just Ben. i voted for other housemates and didnt get confirmation....but i dont use twitter or facebook to vote

I've never used Facebook to vote either, also you can't even vote on twitter.
