"But won't someone please think of the children"
I reckon on commercial flights they should have a sound proof compartment full of plastic balls where they throw all the kids in before takeoff."But won't someone please think of the children"
Yip I think you should take them elsewhere and give us some peace and quiet.
In NZ it seems to be something I have noticed way more than in australia that in public (like a waiting room) or on public transport people, often children but sometimes adults too will play media on their phones without headphones - Either games or movies or you tube videos etc. I have been stuck in a plane across the aisle hearing all about the gruffalos the entire plane ride.I reckon on commercial flights they should have a sound proof compartment full of plastic balls where they throw all the kids in before takeoff.
My neighbours do this, but to be fair it's their yard. Their chill out area is right behind the fence less than a metre from my bedroom. Often they are watching Thai(?) soap operas dubbed into Khmer and sped up (I think to evade copyright detection) so it's like chipmunks. And sometimes they have karaoke parties. I'm building a 2.5m wall across there as part of my renovation, and getting double glazing. All part of the charm ofc, but I have my limits.children but sometimes adults too will play media on their phones without headphones - Either games or movies or you tube videos etc
Noise cancelling headphones. Honestly from my experience a lot of kids are better behaved than their parents are.I reckon on commercial flights they should have a sound proof compartment full of plastic balls where they throw all the kids in before takeoff.
