THE VIRUS 2020 - the good, the bad, and the ugly

Show me
Nobody can claim clearcut proof, they have not been able to show any conclusive death links
People have died after vaccines, but no more than is usual in the elderly and ill

Have any nurses, doctors, cleaners or other high risk people had side effects or death from vaccines

And @Affable, I have done plenty of research before taking the vaccine
And consulted, my several specialist doctors, and 2 GPS
And one of my best friends who is professor of medicine head of research with Monash and the Alfred hospital

Don’t make rash unfounded comments about how I came to my decisions when you have no knowledge of
me really at all.

Both of you keep ignoring just what I have do every day to keep safe
You both ignore the fact I don’t have much choice personally
If I get Covid I die, any vaccine is a better choice for many people at high risk like me
Every day I see the public get slacker about being clean and safe
When has anything I have posted about the vaccine been related to you or your circumstances? I think you have completely misinterpreted what I have said and interpreted it in a way that it was somehow about you.

Stepping outside is a risk. Many things in life are a risk. People should get over it. Australia will have to open up and accept the risks of vaccination. The consequences of covid circulating in an unvaccinated population would probably have more severe consequences. There's not a perfect way to end the pandemic. Can't be picky and just have to accept what's available.

I will not be getting vaccinated. My choice.

Death.....or living

What a choice!

I'd happily be vaccinated if the did more research into it

Paul Murray showed a poll that 50% of those between 18-34 say that they will get it but wait a while. 33% said they will take it straight away. 17% missing.... Probably the ones who say no and undecideds

Interesting. Weren't there lots of people cancelling their vaccinations because of this?

Well most of the world doesn't have time. Can't keep doing lockdowns. Many people are tired of this nonsense and want it done. There will probably be better vaccines developed in the future and if people want to wait they should. But there has to be enough people now willing to take a vaccine because if not this nonsense is going keep going.

Are you itching to go overseas? Anyway I'm just one person, I'm sure they'll be enough people taking the vaccine.

Do you really think that? I think this nonsense will keep going even with the vaccine.

I don't think the vaccine will completely resolve it. Life will not be the same. But it's probably going to be required if people want to work, study or holiday overseas. Or open up Australia to the world. The economy probably won't survive without it. Not enthused about vaccinations but I have accepted that it's probably the best option. There will always be risks.
