Haven't had the energy to watch anything on tv of late. Trying to get through season five of House of Cards and then I'll resume my watching of Scandal. I finish work, do some socialising there, then head home to bed in actuality.

I am now glad I never invested in USA House of Cards, watched the original Brit one, and just didn't want it Americanised
UK one was freaky and thrilling.

I'm always tired. It's the nature of shift work really. I can't commit to watching shows regularly, so I don't bother and I don't remember they're on anyway. I'm in the library now and will go to bed not long after I get home as I'm on an 0700 start tomorrow. I'd prefer to see other work friends I like after I finish as they work in another department and it's easy to catch up. I can perch in a corner as they come and go. I get my testosterone fix by chatting with the boys as I work in a department of women. Helps that I'm sort of involved with one of them too, lol.

Hey @Fiona get your Vit D levels checked, my life changed dramatically after finding out I need supplements.
I was exhausted all the time.

And I walk around in the sun lots.

But lots do not know, most people over 50 lose the ability to metabalise D properly.
One woman at my work was diagnosed, and all of us got tested when were bewildered by her diagnosis - she sails, is in the sun all the time
