I swapped over for Rosehaven. Love Celia and Luke. I loathe wanky desserts. Kok need a really easy Asian dessert. Can you help.[DOUBLEPOST=1509533313][/DOUBLEPOST]Sorry that was meant to be kxk.

My favourite Chinese desserts are coconut pudding - very like a light as air marsh mellow; mango pudding - to die for mango over load mousse type thing; almond jelly - OMG, this is a great hangover treat, and I know how to make this one; chinese donoughts

Family is Vietnamese, they can bake like their French invaders/influences, check out Breadtop pastry shops.
They make the best ever almond croissants, and other goodies

I switched over to Kitty Flanagan, so are the Sharouks and Vietnamese up for elimination, booo.
Rosehaven I adore and will catch up

...I've just finished watching the 2nd episode of 'Sisters' a moment ago (had visitors last night... grrrrr!)... aw man!... I am so totally hooked on this show!... (ha!... who woulda thunk it!)... lol!...it has such a strong intermingled plotline... it's brilliant!... the only thing that irked me a bit was that Joel Creasey was a tad bit 'over camping' it too much for me... (I don't particularly like him that much so this could have been a factor too I guess?)... but as I mentioned last week... this show has the potential to go into so many directions as it is... discovering new siblings for one...

...so Joel is at least one brother that is having contact with them and at the end of the show yet another potential 'sister' might be coming into their lives so yeah... so many places that this show could possibly go for sure... well I've now got this show on my 'to watch' list on a permanent basis for sure now... I'm so loving the three main sisters in the show and Magda... what a godsend that lady is... I love her...

...I do have a confession though... I honestly thought that after the first episode had paved the way with such strong writing to get us all hooked that it would then falter in the second episode and just become more weaker in each ensuing episode until I just stopped watching it but even after the first and second episodes I can see that this won't be for this series... I can feel it in my water... as I said before... I just love this show!... cheers.

...I also taped Kitty Flannagan's 'Seriously?' stand up show... bwahaha!... one of the FUNNIEST shows that I've EVER seen!... she is just so bloody hilarious and actually astounded me with with so many factors about her... her ability to mimic voices for one... it's astounding that she can transform her voice so much to mimic characters in her routine... also her ability to never lose track in her show as she flawlessly went from one part of show to to the next without skipping a beat... it's seamless and incredible to watch...

...and finally... I've never hidden the fact that I've always loved Kitty with her appearances on ANY show that I've ever seen her on but to see her in this show just cements my love of her even further... I was also mesmerized by her sheer stunning beauty even more so than normal too... I would rate her show and talent as 100 out of 10... what a great show... what a great lady... cheers.

...kxk... I'm going to watch Peter Hellier's show 'Cram!' at 7:30 too... I'm not expecting it to be all that good but it's a lead up to 'Gogglebox' so... I'll jump in here to see if anyone is posting too... if not ... I'll just watch it until 'Gogglebox starts and hopefully some of us will jump into the Googlebox thread to chat 'Live'... if so see you here... or there... whichever is the case... lol!... cheers.

Kitty is magnificent........so funny, and her brain - I am on the same wavelength on everything, just I am not funny.

She is such a clever witty woman, check out her wiki page, she has done a LOT, writing for BBC and stuff, every now and again she pops up in a Brit show, she lived there for some time.

Jonathan Ross show started last night ch 71, and it was aweseome lengthy interview with Tina Turner..........awww he had the most gorgeous old clip with her and Bowie, and they DANCE,,,,,,,,,,,,ahhhhhhhhhh, at the end Bowie sweeps her back and says something very naughty in her ear, she cracks up.
Great tellie, with more good guests.

I watch this later.............RTV on a boat, luxury cruises, and it is the crew we watch, as they deal with some rich wankers and some nice people. Should see the tips they get! It is a bit of fluff I find relaxing

Below Deck

'Pretty Cheeks'

9Life, 9:30pm, Thu, 2 Nov 2017, 60 minutes

Dean is back and Kate and the crew are putting their best foot forward. Rocky sticks with it, despite the boredom of her tasks, and Don reaches out to Eddie, but can't seem to gel with the rest of the crew. Kate and Leon are at odds, and Don has eyes only for Rocky.

Series, 2015, United States, English, Real Life

...I'm watching the end of The Project and there is a story of a couple 'overcoming the odds' and I was actually enjoying the story until they started up some 'The Bachelor' type music wailing around in the background... in the end I totally lost interest in the story... seriously Channel 10?... what the hell is with the over loud background music in a 'news' story?... please don't do it again... cheers.

...evenin' all... well... I'm here and I'm giving Peter Hellier's show 'Cram!' a go so lets see how this pans out eh?... (I'm expecting it to be a bit of a lame show to be honest)... cheers.

Have you guys ever seen Woodley live?
It was was such an education for me, saw him doing Lano & Woodley, they were hilarious
The physical stuff - is so much more live
Woodley seems made of stretchy noodles when you see him do his act, he is a remarkable physical comic
And they did the penguin thing, OMG so funny

Then - you see him off stage, mingling and relaxing, and suddenly he is hot and so different

I hope this does well for Pete, he is a nice guy
Funny isn't how people are nicer on 10, they seem to have genuine heartfelt friendships, and rejects from 9 & 7 blossom at 10

...I agree with everything that you said kxk... it's like a 'family and friends' type of Channel isn't it?... Peter does deserve a hit show... I've always liked him... cheers.
