The clown has to be Tully, right?

It makes sense, if she is going in/went in to the house for a task, and she isn't Drew's designated 'family member' then she has to be the clown?

I saw a screenshot of the clown and the body stance looked like Tully (all gangly like a stick insect :)

does the clown look anything like Tully. The eyes should give it away. i don't think so, maybe just a ninja... but looks a little bit like Rohan
 
Doesn't look like her in that photo, I agree. Oh well, it seemed like a good theory at the time :(
 
No, that is not Tully - she is not in the house yet. She will say when she goes in the house on her twitter.
 
The clown is too pudgy to be Tully and also Tully has much less of a chin. Tully is stick thin .. that clown is not heavy, but heavier than stick thin.

And Rohan had much darker skin so I don't think it's him either.
