'I've had date proposals disguised as appraisals': Michael Turnbull says he's being chased down by single ladies who are phoning his real estate offices
By Bianca Soldani for Daily Mail Australia

His career as an Australian representative soccer player may have taken centre stage during his stint on The Bachelorette.
But Michael Turnbull has another profession as the owner of a Brisbane real estate company that's been proving troublesome of late.
The reality star, who is one of the final three men vying for Sam Frost's heart, says he has recently been bombarded with calls at the office from eligible ladies hoping to succeed in snagging a date.

Heartbreaker! Micheal Turnbull has confessed he's got single ladies knocking at his door

'You know, I would be lying if I said if I haven't had a few phone calls and date proposals disguised as appraisals,' he told Domain on Wednesday.

'I am pretty good at separating the two, so I don't think I will be going on too many dates that are from phone calls to my office,' he added, dropping a hint to future potential callers thinking of following suit.

While the 34-year-old's sometimes sappy gestures on the show have raised eyebrows among the boys, it seems they have been working wonders on the female viewer-ship.

Cheeky! The ladies have been posing as customers wanting an appraisal but instead are after dates

Michael, who founded OneHome Real Estate six years ago after he stared out in the market in 2007, added that he was surprised at receiving so many offers as having more of a behind the scenes role in the business, his calls usually get filtered before reaching his personal line.

This week's finale will see whether Michael, Sasha Mielczarek or Richie Strahan will win Sam's heart.
Open about his feelings, Michael has already confessed that he is in love with the brunette beauty.

Hot stuff: His chemistry with the beauty is electric
On their hometown date last week he laid his heart on the line by scribbling 'I [love] Sam xoxo] on the inside of his palm.
Despite the cheesy move, it is believed he will make it into the final two who are whisked off to New Zealand for the grand finale.
In an early promo for the show he is seen on an intimate hot spring date with Sam which daily Mail Australia was able to confirm took place in New Zealand.

Best of The Bachelorette boys! A look back at how Sasha Mielczarek, Richie Strahan and Michael Turnbull have wooed Sam Frost as she prepares to reveal 'the one'
By Karishma Sarkari for Daily Mail Australia

The country is eagerly awaiting to find out who Sam Frost picks as 'the one' on The Bachelorette Australia this Thursday.

And it's down to Sasha Mielczarek, Richie Strahan and Michael Turnbull, who are pulling out all stops to try and win Sam's affections, as the reality TV series gets set for its first ever season finale.

But with three very different boys still to choose from, here's a look back at their time on the show across the season.

SASHA MIELCZAREK:

Sasha hit the ground running and made a good first impression on Sam.

Making the brunette beauty her very own rose out of a red serviette, the fumbling construction manager's heart-felt and handmade gesture made the Bachelorette weak at the knees, literally.

Sam confessed to feeling very nervous around the handsome 30-year-old who then scored the first single date.

Wearing a very tight black tank top, Sasha showed off his moves on the dance floor in the Argentine Tango on their single date and again had Sam in a spin.

After failing to kiss her on their date, the handsome hunk suited up before asking permission to make his move, resulting in the steamiest kiss of the series.

Setting tongues wagging! The couple's steamy first kiss was a highly talked about event outside of the mansion but none of the boys ever knew it happened until they watched the kiss on-screen

The construction manager stuck to his word of not telling the other boys about their pash, but it caused him to get a little jealous of her other suitors as they bragged of their lip locks.

To make sure he remained memorable, Sasha showed off his artistic side by making Sam a print using her favourite number, four, and a bunch of symbols that represent the both of them.

Sasha also had audiences swooning when he faced his fear of heights in the group date, jumping off a 12 metre cliff and into murky waters below, to impress Sam.

He was also impressive on the trampoline playing dodgeball in his small blue outfit, showing off his buff build and athletic side.

The last remaining NSW representative also showed his muscle on the Carnival group date, beating Michael on the Thunder God game before getting knocked out in the second round of competition.

Redeeming himself during a painting single date, Sasha confessed his feelings for Sam, telling her: 'You're all I want and here I am'.

part 2

RICHIE STRAHAN:

Richie was a sleeper in the competition, only becoming a front runner late in the piece.

The rope access technician from Perth first showed his softer side, and his muscular build, when he posed shirtless in the puppy photo shoot with the gang.

His hot bod did catch Sam's attention but it wasn't until they stripped down to their swimwear in a Turkish bath house that things really began heating up between the pair.

Liking what she saw and heard, Sam chose Richie for her favourite single date in the competition.

Going through four hours of make-up and truly getting into character, the 30-year-old transformed into a sprightly 80-year-old Richard, who was still the life of the party.

Slow start: Richie made a slow start in the competition, making it on many of the group dates but barely catching Sam's attention

Handsome hunk: The Bachelorette certainly noticed the handsome Perth-born hunk after he stripped off for a photo shoot with a puppy dog

Spring in his step! Even as a sprightly pensioner, the rope access technician had a spring in his step and a cheeky glint in his eye, making their single date Sam's favourite

As the 'elderly' couple drove to bingo on their fake 50th Wedding Anniversary, the duo were in fits of laughter with their role playing.

Richie kept his lady love laughing the entire day as he stayed cheeky with a 'glint in his eye' and flirted with her and other women present before break-dancing for the group.

He also showed the Bachelorette his ability with children during a kids birthday party and later with his cooking skills, as he prepared appetisers for the group's last dinner in the mansion.

It was impressive enough for Sam to meet his family in Western Australia and take him to the finals.

Good with kids: Richie also impressed Sam with his skills with children as he played with them at the kids party

MICHAEL TURNBULL:

The professional soccer star made a dapper entrance and peaked Sam's interest early on.

However, while scoring lots of alone time with Sam after impressing her on group dates, the finalist is the only one who hasn't had a single date in the competition.

But it hasn't stopped him falling hard for the 26-year-old that he came into the mansion to win over.

The former professional athlete wowed Sam with his fit physique during the dog calendar shoot, with the beauty gushing: 'You were just so present and open, and that’s exactly what I’m looking for.'

While the couple came close to kissing during their extra time, it wasn't until later in the series they shared a passionate snog, after exchanging "Free Kiss" vouchers.

Making an impression: Michael's athletic and fit figure captured Sam's attention early on

2D9C62A900000578-3282020-image-a-39_1445390735820.jpg

'Exactly what I’m looking for': The 26-year-old was so impressed with his body, ease in front of the camera and report with the dog, she chose the soccer star to spend more time with very early on

The idea came from a gift Michael made Sam, a cassette tape box filled with cards of facts about him.

It impressed the Bachelorette so much she returned the favour with her own fact-file, which she presented after cooking burnt toast for him.

But a moment that really melted Sam's heart was his made-up fairytale at the kids birthday party, where he declared Sam his princess.

Then, at home visits the sensitive soul declared his love for the brunette by writing 'I [heart] Sam' on the inside of his palm.

Part one of The Bachelorette finale kicks off on Wednesday 7.30pm on Ten

'Sam is my princess': At the kids party, Michael created a story in which he was the prince who gets the girl

In love? Michael declared his love for Sam during home visits with a note on his palm but fans have to wait a few days to see if she feels the same

LOL at the DM calling Michael fame hungry while they're the ones that wrote the stories about him to begin with and then wrote another about him reading said story Hahahaha they never cease to get a chuckle out of me.

See Richie is my favourite too but I don't see it that way at all. Sam not picking Heather didn't tick me off, but the way he treated her did. He told her he felt more for her than friendship - despite saying afterwards he never did...and he took her on a hometown date she begged him not to unless he was serious about her...which again he wasn't.

Sam (Frost) hasn't done anything like that to Richie. She hasn't handled his feelings with zero care like Sam did to Heather. Yes I think Richie is the best choice for her too, but I don't think she deserves "what she gets" either if she doesn't choose him (providing she doesn't do anything awful to him between now and the end).

The comparison I was making was due to Richie being (in my mind) the most perfect and gentlemanly of the final three, therefore to me as a viewer he is the obvious choice. If she chooses one of the others I see more potential for her to be hurt due to their lack of sensitivity (again my opinion, I'm not saying it's fact).
This is similar to the Heather situation to me in that Heather also seemed the perfect choice.
I agree that Sam hasn't led Richie on like Sam Wood did with Heather or Lana though, that's a whole different kettle of fish.
So I'm not saying Sam Frost deserves anything bad, just that if she chooses a less sensitive guy, she will probably be treated with less sensitivity.

'I am pretty good at separating the two, so I don't think I will be going on too many dates that are from phone calls to my office,'

Yeah ok Michael. Having a g/f would also be a reason not to go on TOO many dates :rolleyes: seeing we don't know the final result of Bachelorette yet lol. Stop advertising your wares before the end of the show..

On KIIS this morning the hosts had a theory that the promos at the very start of the series only showed Richie and Michael in New Zealand

OMG I'm so excited! Grrrr to Daylight Savings and my lappies death! Hoping posting via mobile doesn't cause incidental spoilers!
