what a huge break for Sam to land the gig with no previous radio experience (she doesn't have any does she?)

Rove has been pretty astute in his choices for co-anchors in the past - the likes of Carrie Bickmore and Peter Helliar ... Hamish and Andy appeared on his Rove Show as did Dave Hughes ... he must see something in Sam to want her as his co-host ...

good point... She does seem to be quick with her words so in that aspect I see her being independent with her chatter

I get the feeling that she is quick off the mark with one liners but can she maintain the level Rove would expect?

I'd put money on it not really being his choice.
 
I think Sam would be good but I can't help thinking Heather would be so much better lol.
I don't know if that's the direction she wants to head though.

I think he has older man appeal too! This is not the first time we have agreed about our men... I can comfortably say my taste in men as I get older will be just as good as it is now lol

well after blowing their budget on paying him squillions there probably wasn't a lot left in the coiffers ... but do you think he'd be ok with them foisting anyone on him as part of the "team" - surely he'd have a lot of say in it ... its his rep that will take a nose-dive if they don't succeed
 
Yep I'm sure that it can be podcasted via the podcast app (on iPhone - maybe one on android too) and you can listen live via iheartradio. I will give it a listen to see how Sam goes but I can't stand Rove, I think I'll just be a casual listener at best.

I wonder how much Sam is getting paid. Rove would command a pretty big pay cheque I imagine, I wonder how inexperienced Sam fares.

Oh I totally agree! He is freaking gorgeous! No seriously! I have this major and I am talking MAJOR attraction to Ian Somerhalder, who btw imo pretty much could be Rob Lowe's long lost younger brother.
