Well just to bring the tone down a little, I'll be very very surprised if Sam lasts more than a year with either of them.

I cant see her fitting in with Sasha's other side of the family and I don't see her lasting with the other real estate agent.

She messed up royally not going with Richie. Yeah the Perth thing would have made things a little difficult but if she is truly "looking for love" she has ballsed it up. The whole thing has been a train wreck after the first few episodes. I truly don't want to see her end up with Richie later on, as others have said "he" deserves better. Kinda glad it's ending tonight, will keep up to date on how long they last.

I don't think Richie was in love with her though. He liked her yes but I don't think he was there yet. So as lovely as he is, I think she made the right decision for her.
