I think we've both been pretty objective throughout - and haven't been one-eyed supporters of only one bachelor

Can someone please explain the appeal of Sasha? I'm genuinely perplexed that he's made it this far. To me he doesn't have any discernable personality, is inscrutable to read and (though this is personal taste) is very average looking. What is Sam seeing in him that I'm missing as a viewer?

I feel exactly the same way, except about Michael. The only thing I actually like about him are his parents!

As I see it, she has picked the two guys that come across as total players. She has a "type", and that's it.

A teary Frost sent Strahan home on Wednesday's penultimate episode of the reality dating show, after finding the abseiler from WA struggled with being open.

Strahan admits he grappled initially with nerves and knowing the nation was watching.

But Strahan concedes although his feelings for Sam were strong and he was disappointed at being evicted, it wasn't quite love yet.

'Without a doubt, I started to fall for her 100 per cent because we shared some pretty amazing moments,' he said.

'You're spending this incredible moment with her and then at the back of your mind, you're thinking, well, she's going to go on a date with another guy. So it's very hard for me to open up and be intimate with her,' he says.

There's always one who ends up being dumped for a cringe inducing, toe-curling date, and on Wednesday night's The Bachelorette, that someone was Richie Strahan.

A teary Sam Frost, 26, failed to give the 30-year-old WA contestant a rose during the penultimate episode, leaving only Sasha Mielczarek, 30, and Michael Turnbull, 34, to battle for her affections.

And it seems the writing was on the wall for Richie when he revealed a mere 'crush' for Sam during their one-on-one date and awkwardly muttered, 'I am falling in you', when she probed him for his feelings.
