No, but in a discussion of academic engineering, I would expect you to know what is included in the engineering faculty and trades that are not. It didn't help.

Apart from the fact that engineering can refer to both a trade and a degree level of education, I was talking in more general terms around your comment of affirmative action leading to a presumption of artificial achievement. It is an erroneous presumption to make that females are less capable of doing well in an educational or work environment in any and all faculties.

The report I referred you to doesn't specifically mention engineering as a category unfortunately, so I guess when you take the time to read it you can chose for yourself what category they may have been placed in.
