The Bachelor 2 (2014)

I know how the season ends as well for Juan. Worst Bachelor ever. Chris Harrison (US Bachelor host) was excited Juan was the next Bachelor. By shows end I got the feeling Chris hated the bloke, looked that way in the reunion show

In any case there certainly is a lot more fruitcakes in this US series than the aussie one

- The gypsy girl who was barefoot
- The massage lady
- The wacky blonde science one that brought test tubes on the opening night
- the 25yo who was engaged only months ago was a wreck at the opening night looking to jump into another relationship ASAP, Geez !!

There's a few others i've missed. Time for bed lol

Blake and Louise are definitely dating - Woman's Day have the exclusive interview in (next) Monday's issue.

You can also find a video of Blake and Louise on the Woman's Day site - http://womansday.com.au/celebrity/c...-hiding-blake-and-louise-break-their-silence/

Louise says, "We've got some very exciting news that we would love to share with you." Blake continues, "Australia, you deserve to know all the facts and the full story, and you can find it in Woman's Day."

New Idea are also saying they have an "exclusive" which they are promoting with photoshopped promo images - basically they probably aren't going to have anything you won't find in Woman's Day

Hmmm I'm thinking it's possible that they just announce that they are very good friends and have been a great support for each other. Sure they're all cosied up on the couch together but it could easily be another ratings grab

I personally doubt they are just very good friends. Would be cringe worthy and incredibly non believable if that was the exclusive.

What Blake did to Sam (proposing then un-proposing O_O) was all rushed and a big mistake on his part, a mess. But I think he is a genuine nice guy who just fell for a few ladies and was mixed up who to choose. I actually have a lot of time for him. I doubt Louise and her family would take him in otherwise. We all make mistakes, just that his mistake was poor judgement and hurt a girl we all grew fond of in a very puplic audience.

I wish Louise and him all the best can wait to hear what they say

(My wildcard guess - Lousie announces she is pregnant)

Couldn't think of anything worse for Louise than to be pregnant with Blake's child. What bad news that would be.
Let's see how long it lasts if it exists at all.

I've got absolutely no time for either of them. Why propose ? What a tool.
Why wouldn't either of them tell Sam the truth ? Lying fools

Oh my Gawd no way

So scandalous!

I never grew fond of Sam. She irked me right up to the bitter end. ("100%! 100% hawhawhaw") I am sorry he hurt her, and I think she makes a good point - that he robbed her of her first proposal and engagement being her last. Doesn't sound like she's getting that ring. The weasels.

Earlier this week Louise's mother Patricia has added even more fuel to the fire by refusing to deny that her daughter is dating the owner of male stripper company, Alpha Male Entertainment. 'I cannot confirm anything, I think Louise should say,' she told The Courier Mail on Wednesday.

Patricia would also not comment on whether Blake and Louise have been in contact since filming for Channel Ten show wrapped.

Meanwhile Blake's mother confirmed the pair were together and even gave her blessing to the union.

Web designer Andrea, 48, told Daily Mail Australia: 'He always liked her on the show and they got on brilliantly but it wasn't until after the show when he did one television and radio interview that they grew close.

'She [Louise] gave him support and was a shoulder for him to lean on when everyone else was attacking him.'

She added: 'She felt bad for him and they have been speaking a lot since. They have been seeing each other when they can, not much because she's in Brisbane and he's in Perth.

'He adores her.'

Andrea insisted she had no knowledge of the magazine deal her son had done with his new love Louise, but has given them her blessing.

She revealed she thought Blake had gone on holiday to Thailand with friends, and said it was her understanding he had paid for his flight himself.

The pair are also set to do an interview with Channel Ten's The Project on Monday night - revealing all about their romance.

Ms Garvey has previously told Daily Mail Australia that Blake, 31, originally wanted to pick Louise, 26, but TV producers geared him towards marketing manager Sam, 25 , because she 'would make better television.'

...

Friends of the Perth-Born Bachelor say it was a mutual decision to split and that he is now in talks with Louise to move together to Sydney.

However, Blake's devoted mother is adamant this is not the case and that the pair are taking is slowly after the debacle of the show.

'I've asked him and he says he's not moving to Sydney,' she said, adding: 'He says he's 100 per cent not doing that.'

'The most important thing is that he's found love. So it didn't work out with Sam, she's a lovely girl, too, but Louise is more for him.

'They're getting to know each other in their own time without the pressure of the show.

'Life doesn't always work out the way you choose,' she added.

For fans of the American Bachelor/Bachelorette: The Bachelor with Juan Pablo starts tonight on GO! at 10.30pm. I already know how the season ends up with all the controversies, but I've been waiting so long for it!
I'm just watching it on Jump-In! I've been wanting to watch it as well, just to see what all the controversy was about! :P He paints himself as such a nice guy in his intro package (and I also saw snippets of him on the Bachelorette: After the Final Rose and he seemed sweet in that series), so I'd like to see how it all changes.

I personally like Louise. I think it's a shame the way it's happened, but if it's true love then good on them. Therefore, I personally would consider it a success story!

FROM WOMENS DAY....

It's finally official: Blake Garvey is in a relationship with The Bachelor's second runner-up Louise Pillidge.
Rumours have been swirling that Blake, 31, had fallen for Louise, 26, since the real estate agent and male strip company owner unceremoniously dumped the show's winner Sam Frost weeks after proposing.
Now the couple have come clean by via an exclusive interview with Woman's Day - and they say they're more in love than ever.
Days after breaking off his engagement, Blake tracked down Louise's father and gave him a five-page letter to pass on to the bubbly blonde.
A few days before the finale aired Louise received the letter, in which Blake admitted he'd made a mistake letting her go.

"My one wish is that I don't want to just be your first love, I want to be your first, last and only," it read.
The smooth-talker told the magazine he deeply regretted proposing to Sam, but eliminated Louise because she was the one he wanted to hurt least.
"She's so fragile that I thought I was protecting her," he said.
"The love I felt for Lou (didn't end) and as much as I tried to file it away, it kept growing."
Louise said she was overcome with emotion after reading Blake's heartfelt words.
"It took me a while to process, but that letter was one of the most overwhelming things I had ever experienced," she said.
After a fortnight of intimate phone calls the couple went to Thailand for their first in-person reunion since Blake let her go in South Africa two months earlier.
"The moment she walked into my arms I knew I was in love with her and I told her as much," Blake said of the secret rendezvous in Koh Samui.
Louise also opened up about the pair's first night together, calling it "beautiful".
Reality TV shocks
Now the Queenslander plans to move in with her new partner in his home city of Perth, and says marriage is on the cards.
Though she'll have to live without the $58,000 engagement ring Sam now gets to keep, which she jokes she'll "never let him live down".
The pair's announcement comes after Blake repeatedly dodged questions on whether he was dating one of the other bachelorettes, saying his focus was on getting over his split with Sam.
After hearing the news the "heartbroken" blonde criticised both Blake and Louise for not showing her the "respect and courtesy" of being honest.
"If they had a conversation with me, instead of sneaking around and selling their story ... I would have had a lot more respect for them," Sam told News Corp Australia.
Louise said she didn't reply to a text from her fellow bachelorette asking whether the rumours were true "out of respect".
"I had to come here and see Blake before I spoke to her, it's delicate," she said.
Blake, who insists he'd already told Sam he still had feelings for Louise, added that his mother has received death threats on the internet over the saga.
An edited extract of Blake's five-page letter to Louise:
Dear Louise,
If you are reading this letter, then I must have decided it was right to let you know how I am feeling.
I try never to regret the actions that I have taken in life as each one of them has led me to where I am today and shaped me as the man that you know.
However, here is the absolute truth. In the weeks, days, hours and minutes since I last saw you, not a day has gone by that I haven't thought of you and our time together.
I miss you, but it goes beyond that. As dangerous as this is to admit, I feel I need to admit it - I made a mistake.
I don't want to live a lie for the sake of appearances. I can't take the pain away that I've caused you or undo what I've done, but I can do one thing that you've always respected me for: be honest and genuine.
I need to be true to myself and who I am as a person. It's for that reason that I'm not going to follow through with the engagement.
I realise it's a lot to take in, and at this point I don't know if how I feel about you is still how you feel about me.
You have never ceased to inspire me, even in your absence. What you and I shared was something truly special. I have never felt so natural and comfortable, so right with anyone in my life. Your sincerity, your energy, your beautiful soul, made me feel as though we were always alone together, when we were anything but.
My one wish is that I don't want to just be your first love, I want to be your first, last and only.
Louise, you have my heart, you share my soul and in my mind you are the one for me.
Forever yours,
Blake
