Agreed!! I've watched every series, and big/strong characters have always been my favourites - Sara-Marie, Marty & Jess, Chrissie, Paul, Vesna, Camilla, Stacy/Michael/Ben's funny bits (which were WAY outweighed by their horrific treatment of Estelle)...but for entertainment value & charisma, Tim runs rings around all of them.

When you think about it - a vote to evict would have seen Tim gone first week. That would have resulted in the **cue Tim voice** WORST BIG BROTHER EVER!
 
Would have been a travesty had Tim not won. Love him or hate him it cannot be argued that he was not the greatest player and the most entertaining contestant in the history of BB.

Once Ben left it had to be Tim. Tahan deserved to place better than Jade, but Ben deserved to win so that's reality TV.
 
Yeah Tim! A very deserving winner & the best $100 I spent all month ~ on Tim votes!!! I am shocked he only won by 2% to Jade. THANK GOD she didn't beat him! I would never have gotten over. Tim played the game so well and was so entertaining and Jade chased Ed and looked good in a bikini. Great Job Australia - TIM FOR THE WIN. :)
 
I thought he was going to be so annoying the first day or tie but he quickly became hugely enjoyable and went wire to wire.

I am glad someone won who openly admitted to playing the game and wanting to win. I think it changes the show going forward. I don't enjoy watching every hm lie about not wanting to win or not playing the game.

Played the game hard from the very beginning and gave it his all.

Deserved to win for his hilarious one liners alone....
