Survivor Australia vs The World : Episode 8

I like this challenge.
Lisa's respect for the game and Cirie is so heartwarming - I much prefer that to people who can't even be bothered learning anything about some of the big players they are up against when it is a world challenge like this.
She may have fucked it for herself but at least she wanted to try and do something before she went out.

Try and do what? She fucked it for herself, and for Tommi and for Kass the episode before, because she didn't want to vote Parvati while telling Aus players to just go along with that idea, and then putting Tommi in it to Parv at tribal. Then, tonight she tried to vaguely float the idea of Luke voting out an ally, while speaking down to him and becoming increasingly strident, all while seemingly having not bothered to build any sort of relationship with the Australian players prior. All she did all season was moon around fan-girling over Cirie, and tanked her allies' games. Awful to watch.

Im still catching up. Sorry folks, we were in Port Douglas going to snorkel in the great barrier reef. Which was amazing!
Recently put Paramount+ back on for the new Southpark episodes as well as some kids movies for the little one, and the Australian Survivor episodes airs the next day all ad free, which make watching very pleasurable indeed.
Thanks Sticky for documenting the activity in the episodes. I wonder what happened to @bleachy_dude, he was with us for episode 1 and then disappeared. His live posts are a pleasure to read for this show. @Zcsund1234 has also been pretty quiet.. Just out of interest are you doing any Edgic on this one?
I still have one episode to catch up on.
My feeling from episode 7 was that it was a unfair on Tommy from Finland, winning immunity and then right after that on the same night being in the firing line. Not having an opportunity to smooth things over after Lisa totally botched it for him. Loose lips.. I was devastated to see Kass & Tommy go.. Kass was my winners pick and it would have been nice to see her get through that vote in an alternate universe, she is a seriously good Survivor player.
For episode 8 I really wanted Cirie & Lisa & Shonee take out Janine. Why didn’t they follow through? Cirie would have Shonee, Lisa & Parv & would arguably be in a better position moving forward than with Janine & Luke.
I don’t mind Lisa , I mean she is pretty good at strat but lacks a bit of common sense. Which has been covered in this post already.
Please can somebody get rid of Janine ASAP, it’s starting to get really annoying that she’s still there. I think she is going to win this now because this season is doing the opposite of what I (and most of us) want to happen.
